"Very satisfied senior customer. Always a great experience"

Always a great experience. Bought bikes locally, dealer had great prep and service. Really enjoy the Pace bikes (we are seniors). Love the bikes and can’t wait for the weather to warm. Just ordered a fenders set and it came in great shape and on time. Very happy we bought Aventon. We recommend them.

"Had a problem with the battery lock"

Had a problem with the battery lock. Customer service immediately sent a new part and reimbursed for the cost of replacement.

"Awesome Customer Service "

I bought an Adventure 2 and sadly due to the military and going overseas, could not ship it. Even beyond the return date, Aventon team responded quickly and helped me return the item. Customer service was top notch and super helpful. I'm sad I couldn't use the bike but I would defiantly recommend this company.

"Senior with several disc issues"

I love bike riding and due to severe disc injuries I have not been able to until I found an aventon e- bike. I research what was the best bike for my issues. This bike has been perfect for me. The freedom and enjoyment of bicycling again has been freeing. As a senior this bike is light weight and provides a smooth ride. The folks at Aventon have been extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend their e-bikes.

"Aventon E-Bikes accessories never arrived"

I purchase two Aventon E-Bikes on July 31, 2024, from a local bike shop. The Aventon had very poor Customer Service review so I thought buying local would help with any service needs. The salesperson (no longer there) indicated he be processing the paperwork for the extra batteries and accessories included in the purchase. He said it would be a while until these items arrived. I follow up recently with Aventon only to be told the paperwork was never received and I'm out of luck. It would have needed to be in to them within 14-days from purchase date.

On one of the bikes the kickstand snapped off after two days where the two bolt holes were drilled to be fastened to the frame. I was told this was not cover under warranty and I would need to buy a new kickstand. I purchase a heavy duty one that work fine now.

"Key replacement is Ridiculous"

Key replacement is Ridiculous. The fact that I can't even ORDER a key, all the .1, .2, .3 etc models make it confusing since the receipt doesn't show anything other than 500 on my bike. And then, it takes 60 days MINIMUM to even get a new key? And when I called, I was told by an employee that the keys don't always work. WHAT?!! So now I have to order a whole mechanism and pay to replace it at a bike shop.

Lol, that's your reply? Obviously didn't read what I wrote. NEVER getting an Aventon again. Good job. And my bike is 3 yrs old. Sorry it's an "older" model.

"The battery is very difficult to…"

The battery is very difficult to remove. They sent me a replacement part that I paid a bike shop to replace - - but it didn't fix the issue. And to make matters worse, they wouldn't fully reimburse me for the repair.

"Just got off the phone with customer service, what a joke"

Just got off the phone with @AventonBikes about a brand new e-bike that will not turn on.

Customer service guy was a complete jerk, offerred NO solutions and told me to ‘just return the bike for a refund’

What a joke of a company, DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE BIKES

"I bought a $2,000 Aventon Aventure from…"

I bought a $2,000 Aventon Aventure from them and put 620 miles on it before the motor burned out.

Their response is that I need to buy a new complete back wheel for the bike. I'm pretty nervous to shell out and have it break again.

The bike came with the rear brakes completely out and had to be taken to a shop. It's has had both of the fenders clips break off and manifests a lot of rattles.

"Aventon sells a great bike but I'm sad…"

Aventon sells a great bike but I'm sad to say their customer service has gotten really bad. I purchased a Level 2 back in March. I had a few questions and received prompt responses back then. I needed a replacement part in May and still had a prompt response and everything was good. In late June I started experiencing problems with one of my batteries not working ( I think the BMS stopped working properly) so I called to try and fix the issue, no answer to calls for several days straight. I did as they suggested and chatted with the AI driven Customer service and did what the AI suggested to try and fix the battery. It didn't work. I submitted a request for service or Warrantee a few times after that and the requests went ignored till about a week ago, about 10 weeks after first reaching out for help. A week ago I received and email saying they would replace the battery. A week later the new battery has not been shipped. I don't know what's going on with these guys but I'd think long and hard before buying another product from this company.

9-13-24- Just to follow up, in all fairness I did finally receive a new Battery -no cost on Warrantee. They only ignored me for about 2 to 3 months during the peak riding season before they finally did the right thing, just in time for the cold weather to start.
