"Absolute scam, avoid!"

Absolute scam, paid fair price for lifetime service for 1.5TB, after 2 years they’ve given me 5 days to remove my data for change to a paid yearly subscription.

I’ve emailed they’re support team requesting more time to restore my data, I’m currently stuck internationally due to covid, therefore don’t have access to my pc and decent internet connection...there reply was ‘tough luck’!

Scammers! What a joke!

"Lifetime scam"

Lifetime scam. Do not use Zoolz unless you don't mind being scammed.
I would have accepted a bankruptcy of the company. This is not fair to the competition.

"SCAMMERS - AVOID"

I paid for a lifetime account. I have had 2 years of data. they now tell me that they are going to close my 'lifetime' account, as they want more money.l

This company is now offering a 90% discount on ongoing rates. How can I trust them, when I have already paid for my data to be backed up - for life.

I have seen better scams from ' a rich relative in Nigeria'

Do they sell my back ups too??

Would any other reviewers be interested in exploring legal action?

"PAID for a "LIFETIME plan" **SCAMMERS**"

PAID for a "LIFETIME plan" only to receive an email to the junk folder saying my account will be deleted within 5 days.
Just noticed the email 6 days after receiving the email and so my account with all data and personal photos is now lost!

"Pagué 30€ por un espacio de por vida y…"

Pagué 30€ por un espacio de por vida y a los 2 años lo cancelan unilateralmente sin devolver el dinero

"Did I really pay a company to delete my data? I did!"

Reinforcing what everyone else is saying. I bought a "lifetime" plan. 8 months later Zooltz informed me that my plan had "expired" and I needed to pay additional monthly "maintenance fees" to ensure security. 10 months after that Zooltz terminate the "lifetime" plan and request that I download my data. Yet suspend my account so I cannot do that.

I spent time and money uploading my photos to Zooltz: to protect them. Now, I can no longer access them. They actually would have been safer on my laptop all along.

"Unreliable service, predatory behaviour towards customers."

Company decided to unilaterally end "lifetime subscriptions" of cloud storage for all their home clients.
No refunds for those who have been with them for more than a year, no viable options except paying (even) more money. Seems predatory behaviour for a company to unilaterally change the rules of an agreement and then trying to milk their customers for more money.
On top of that, platform has been acting buggy while trying to recover my data/files before they delete them permanently. I've spent several days, downloading folder by folder and checking that everything is OK (often is not), since the "bulk download" option does not work properly (does not download all the files is supposed to) most of the time.
I would advise avoiding them at all costs.

"Scam"

Scam!
For that "company" a lifetime(!) subscription is for about 6 months.

They are trying to blackmail you. Start pay monthly or data and account will be deleted.

ILLEGAL practice in my country.

"Une Class action ?"

ne pourrait on pas engager des poursuites judiciaires contre les pratiques frauduleuses de cette entreprise ? En tout cas, il convient d'éviter tout achat chez des gens si peu scrupuleux.

"Scam Company - data and account has been deleted"

Like others, I bought a Lifetime account a couple of years ago but I found out they've cancelled our accounts and deleted our data. WHERE'S MY REFUND?

Companies considering entrusting their data with Zoolz should stay away. Use something like Microsoft OneDrive who at least have some morals.
