I bought a lifetime of cloud storage package(1TB) and then after a few years in 2020, they announced they are cancelling it as they are no longer able to "support" lifetime packages?. Avoid Zoolz and any other associated company. FTC or FCC should investigate them and class action lawsuit should be filed. I am sure many are impacted by the same issue. How can you delete peoples data? If you sold them life time subscription service? If they closed the whole business it's another story but, how can you be still be in business?

Not possible to give Negative star which they desire. They deleted my account and all 2TB backup that I had with their LIFETIME Home product. As per them they will not be able to continue Home Lifetime so they ask to takeout my data.
NOW THOSE CHEATERS again offering HOME LIFETIME !!! My account and already removed, so I can not get access.
CLEARLY they have habit of cheating customers with lifetime offer and REMOVING DATA and ACCOUNTS in time to time basis.
SO AVOID AVOID AVOID, Backup is IMPORTANT thing AVOID THEM and SPREAD THIS MESSAGE.

"I feel I am seriously FRAUDED"
I have purchased a LIFETIME account. However, Zoolz stopped my service and destroyed all of my backups. I asked for a refund but the refused it. ZOOLZ and BIGMIND proved me for several times that not trustworthy at all.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I realized that POLARBACKUP, ZOOLZ and BIGMIND is a same company.

"DON'T GIVE UP ON A REFUND"
This company clearly had no intention of offering a genuine lifetime plan. Mine was cancelled after just over 2 years.
But don't let them get away with it. I threatened them with court action unless they gave me a full refund! After several emails they finally did!!
If you want to take them to county court to give them the CCJ they deserve, the company is GENIE9 LTD. You can start a court claim at MONEY CLAIM ONLINE But tell them of your intentions first by emailing their support email.

"A Lifetime Account that Does Not Last a Lifetime"
I had a lifetime account. Imagine all the effort of transferring a lifetime of photos, videos and files. Then to be told the 'lifetime' promise would be broken and you only have 30 days to transfer all your data somewhere else. Unbelievable. This caused significant distress and inconvenience. This company has no integrity.

""Lifetime" backup now deleted"
I still have my original review published here, it was a nice one. But now the "lifetime" backup has been deleted. Luckily I imagined that could happen since the beginning, so I always have spare copies in an external HD and also in another provider.
