No ticket issued for 20 hrs so I followed up - and then once again another additional amount was asked for - which was clearly because your team.did not process the ticket in time with the airline. And then I was told yesterday that it takes between 3-5 days usually to issue tickets! Ive been to 75 countries and no agent ever said that and i never faced that timeline. So because of your internal.inefficiencies I wasted a few hrs following up and paying additional funds which was conveniently blamed on the airline. Your payment page was also stuck after OTP stage and no.confirmations came till the 4th time I tried. Screenshots sent to your customer support also.

Ils ont annulé mon vol, ils me proposent un nouveau 1 jours plus tard avec 29h d escale et retour 2 jours plutôt avec un 32h d escale, je demande de changer la date ainsi que la durée d'escale ils m'ont dis que ça va leur coûter cher. Pour eux tu prends ou tu laisse, pour demander un remboursement c'est 90jours d attente, je regrette d'avoir réserver chez eux, ils peuvent pas vous garantir les vols ni la date
