Billet réservé et argent débité immédiatement mais un message 4h plus tard pour m'informer que le prix a changé. Service client uniquement en anglais qui m'explique que les compagnies aériennes mettent jusqu'à 48h pour éditer le billet et qu'entre temps, le prix peut changer. Quand je demande à l'opératrice comment elle sait que le prix ne changera pas à nouveau à partir du moment où j'aurai payé la somme supplémentaire (bizarrement 50€ tout rond) et comment je ne me retrouverai pas à devoir à nouveau payer encore dans 2 ou 3h, elle me répond "mes informations m'indiquent que le prix ne risque pas de changer à nouveau dans les 24 prochaines heures". LOL. Quand je leur dis que je veux mon numéro définitif de réservation, enregistrable auprès de la compagnie aérienne et que je leur laisse 24h sans quoi je fais opposition à mon paiement et je porte plainte, surprise : le mail de confirmation définitif avec le vrai numéro de billet apparaît dans la minute dans ma boîte email...

He comprado unos billetes, he pagado (el dinero fue descontado de mi cuenta) y después de unas horas me llegó el correo electrónico que tengo que pagar más, porque la aerolínea ha subido la tarifa. ESTO NO HE VISTO EN MI VIDA!!!!!!!! Claro que no estoy de acuerdo pagar más, porque ya he comprado billetes con un precio que me parecía razonable. Cuando pasa el tiempo de pagar “el extra” se cancela mi pedido, pero el dinero no se me devuelve. Estoy esperando que pase 48 horas. A ver si me devuelve mi dinero a tiempo para no tener que ir a juicios y pelear . Reserva R0I00JNT. Una experiencia horrible! (Cambiare mi puntuación si eso se resuelve)

Compré un vuelo con esta compañía a un precio barato (por ello lo compré), al cabo de unas horas me devolvieron el dinero y me dijeron que no se habían reservado los asientos y que no era posible la compra de ese vuelo a ese precio. Podría haber comprado ese mismo vuelo con otra compañía y no hubiera habido ningún problema ya que ahora he leído todo malas reseñas con esta. NO VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR VUELOS CON ELLOS.

I had paid for my friend's ticket, unfortunatelly he passed away a few months ago. I have sent them a death certificate that they rejected saying they needed a English certificated. The second time around, they rejected it saying that the refund only applies to family members. What the? First, why not giving all the exact information from the start so we don't waste time contacting city hall several times and doing paperwork for nothing. And second, why do we need to be related to get a refund? I have credit card statement, email confirmations showing I have paid for the ticket myself, now they're telling me that the refund only applies to family members? This was a friends' trip!
It's already very painful to lose a friend, why make it even more difficult on us? What difference does it make to you? We're talking about a $2000, it's a lot of money for us but not for you! I see this is not the first time you're doing that as I'm going through the reviews. On top of that, the customer service is useless and rude.
Absolutely insane! Stay away from them at all costs!
