"Beware of "administration fees""

We ordered an iRobot Roomba a few weeks ago. Delivery was fast and the product is fine behaving as intended. What's making me unsatisfied though is that we got billed with an administration fee of € 1,90 in the final bill. myRobotcenter is not taking any responsibility for that and referred us to a company named Powerpay which is responsible for their billing. We never agreed to this absurd "administration fee" but of course with a lot of research and with reading the terms and condition in detail we could have found it hidden there. From a legal point of view such a construction is definitely unlawful in my country of residence (Austria) but in the end we decided € 1,90 is not worth the effort (which is exactly what they are counting on). I'd never order with this company again though and strongly advise against it unless you don't mind getting ripped off just a little bit.

Größe Auswahl an Geräten. Lieferung kam schnell. Der Service ist super, alle Fragen wurden schnellstens beantwortet. Der Sauger ist klasse und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Ich war mir erst unsicher, ob der Sauger auch die Hundehaare packt und bin wirklich positiv überrascht.

Après de nombreux mails, achat effectué le 03/04/2020 et nous sommes le 19 Mai je n'ai toujours pas reçu le câble périphérique!!! On me répond que celui ci part immédiatement et que l'on revient vers moi prochainement pour me donner le N° de suivi mais RIEN !!! A FUIR

bei meinem husqvarna automower 430x ist innerhalb von 4 jahren schon das 2.mal das Netzteil defekt. das Netzteil wurde dank 5 Jahres garantie beides mal ersetzt.
ein problem ist die nicht erreichbarkeit der firma per Telefon. per mail ging die schadensabwicklung sehr rasch!
