"My husband order parts july 7 and after…"

My husband order parts july 7 and after week we called ask them what is going on, no one could tell us! We called every week, got its on its way, ask to speak to a supervisor not once but 5 times, no supervisor called us back!! Today we still have not got our parts, and I want to know WHY THE HELL, when I call no one speaks English clear! I should be calling the states not the Philippines!

"quick to reject any claims"

Bought a kayak and first time in the water, there was one portion that looked like a tumor. Called Customer service and put in a replacement request. Instead of letting me know they rejected my claim until I cut out the abnormal part...which made no sense, I had pictures and the receipt, they only added a comment to my claim status. Will never buy an intex product again.

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - Lied to on phone, Phillipines call center. Wanted my order cancelled because after 5 days it has not even had the Fed Ex label created. Supposed to be completed in 2 days. Cannot cancel my order I have to wait for it to ship from CA to Fl and then refuse it and send it back. They will probably keep the shipping. CROOKS AND THEIVES
Got the shipment delivered and called Fedex, told them I refused it

Even though they had not shipped it and would not stop the order and refund my money, I still ended up paying 20+ dollars for shipping.

"Terrible Company! Terrible SUpervisors.NO HELP!"

I am BEYOND FURIOUS! No issue taking my money! Stupid me for still trying to Enjoy my pool during the Summer! I purchased a Salt Water System June 2021. Warranty good for 2 years. I call because I keep getting code 91. I'm told I need a new control station and it is covered. I WAS waiting to receive my control station that NEVER showed up. Not even an email sent to me. I call and learn I was requested the original receipt which I had no idea where it was, so I needed to look for it. That did take me time to locate. By the time I locate the receipt my claim was closed I spoke with a supervisor that states he will reopen, so I can send the receipt. In the meantime I went and ordered and paid for a whole NEW control station because I wanted to use my pool! Then I was told AFTER i purchased it, because I called and told them I am still having the same issue, That it isn't the control station and I needed a new Titanium plate. Which they will NOT replace because it is a 1 year warranty. Mind you my original call was exactly 1 year from purchase. I send the receipt. Not only was a refused a refund on anything but at THEIR suggestion I ordered a new plate. WELL guess what? The plate was the wrong one. They wont take it back! Supervisor REFUSED to help. He gives me the so called CORRECT part number and hung up on me while I was researching his information. I ordered the plate number HE gave me and GUESS what ? ITS THE WRONG FREAKING PART AGAIN! I'm over $600 in and summer is nearing the end and I still have NEVER been able to get the salt system running. Salt water pool, and i have to keep adding Chlorine! This company makes you NEED them because they don't sell the parts to any stores. Your stuck paying shipping charges and its YOUR fault if you order wrong! How dare they take advantage and then advertise on their site of their pride in service! YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I will Never recommend even a kiddy pool from this company to anyone! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM FROM STEALING FROM PEOPLE!

"Intex china crap. Bought a 24x52 ultra xrt pool in April…"

Bought a 24x52 ultra xrt pool in April 2019 supposed to be new and improved. BS! The top bars are rotting from the inside out. Rusting horribly. Intex only offers a 2 year warranty. DO NOT BUY.! Started rusting on the 2nd year but I thought warranty was 5 on the frame and 10 on liner. ( must gave been another company's warranty) called intex and could not understand a word the rep was saying They are now from CHINA! Asked to speak with a manager just got a message and low and behold China again this message was the worst couldn't understand a thing she said in her message. We now know why the product rusts and bubbles from the inside out. God only knows what crap is in there. Find a better product and company that is made anywhere else Not China. Total crap. Had 3 friends who were about to purchase an intex pool and I had them come over and see what was going on with outs and told them intex does NOT stand behind its product only 2 year warranty and I showed them other companies that offered life time warranties told them to go with them and the are made in America or Canada NOT China! Will be ordering one of their pools instead and they are much better looking then intex pools. My advice keep looking. Look at all the YouTube videos of rotting intex pools.

"I bought a replacement heater for my…"

I bought a replacement heater for my Intex hot tub as the one that came with my tub failed due to the dreaded pump failing. When I ordered I asked their salesperson "How long is the warranty" and they told me one year. Well, my replacement heater failed with the same error after just 4 months of use. Intex then changed their warranty to 90 days though it still shows a 1-year warranty on their website. So I'm out another $300 dollars. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General and after months they have still failed to even respond to that complaint. California needs to go after this company and shut them down. If you are in California and have had issues please file a report there as well as the Attorney General has said if they do respond to multiple complaints it will help them in their investigation. If you are thinking of buying one. Do Not!

El 27 de julio de 2022 compro una piscina. Me llega, la monto, le pongo el agua, y en dos días la pierde toda. Defectuosa. No hay forma de ponerse en contacto con intex. En su web, o dentro de la cuenta desde la que se hace le pedido hay un apartatado de incidencias donde se puede completar un formulario y adjuntar fotos, pero no se puede enviar. Suena un poco a fraude. Menos mal que tenemos las oficinas del consumidor

"Mal muy descontenta"

He comprado dos piscinas una para mi cuñado y otra para mi ,la mía tiene bastantes años,le he cambiado de liner o lona dos veces esta última solo ha durado dos años ,la limpie que no la desmonto en mayo y tenia varias fugas en el suelo ,mandé correo con fotos de todo factura ,todo lo que me pidieron pero como han pasado dos años y un mes cuando reclame ya no sé hacen cargo de la garantía, entiendo que la garantía es eso garantía, pero en dos años romperse de esa manera sin recogerla me parece mal producto ,así como tengo que decir que ka de mi cuñado lleva 4 años y perfecta ,y mi primer Li er duro 4 años o 5 ,muy descontenta

"Servicio técnico post venta muy deficiente"

Compré un spa hinchable INTEX de 6 plazas esta primavera y, comparado con otro que adquirí hace dos años y tuve que desechar, su calidad me parece bastante buena.
El servicio post venta, sin embargo, es otra cosa. El agua no tardó en ponerse turbia a pesar de que seguí las indicaciones del manual al pie de la letra; abrí una consulta aportando fotos y se limitaron a remitirnos a las páginas del manual sobre los cuidados periódicos del agua. No debieron de mirar las fotos (que ellos mismos solicitaron), donde se veía claramente que el filtro estaba mal instalado, de lo cual me di cuenta por pura casualidad (es muy fácil cometer este error aunque sigas el manual) y, una vez corregido, se resolvió el problema.
Debo añadir que me resultó imposible hablar por teléfono con nadie de atención al cliente de INTEX.
Si no hubiera detectado yo mismo el error, ahora estaría cursando una demanda ante las autoridades de consumo (lo que, por cierto, me funcionó muy bien con la compra anterior).
