"If you want poor customer service, purchase an Intex product"

Our pool was purchased exactly one month today, yet we didn't receive it for two weeks since it was an online order. After only 3 uses, the pool collapsed on one side due to parts missing (which we were told wouldn't affect pool usage), tearing the liner and bending poles. After giving the part numbers needed, Intex wanted me to send back half of the pool parts for an investigation AT OUR EXPENSE! The two pool boxes weighed over 400lbs between the two of them. I have no issue returning the parts, but to expect a customer who has only had the product for less than a month, only used for 3 days, is absurd. At this point, I just want our money back so we can purchase a pool elsewhere. Intex: do better, a lot better!

I bought an Intex air mattress, and it doesn't stop deflating. I contacted the company that asked me to send it to them for the repair to be done. As the product is very heavy, the shipping price would be practically the price of a new product. Detail and that the product was recently purchased and is within the warranty period. Disappointed with the brand and the product!!!

If I could 0 stars I would!! You get stuck with someone who doesn't speak English. Finally when they figure out what you need and you tell them MULTIPLE times and give them the pool model and pump model and what you order finally arrives, it isn't the right hoses not even the right size. I mean how?? When you give them the model numbers don't they know their own products? Not even the right diameter of the hose!! And if I want to return it I have to pay shipping for THEIR mistake!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! apparently they don't have a clue about their own products now I'm stuck with hoses I can't use from their crappy designed pool that causes the hoses to get holes to begin with and out of money

Intex refused to honor my year warranty. I was told to cut up my pool liner and send it in the mail since it was faulty! I spent 500 dollars on a pool I swam in one time and they refuse to help me! Do not buy an intex product!

Customer service is the Worst you will ever deal with! They are useless DO NOT BUY INTEX PRODUCTS. The are made like junk and you get no help from customer service.

"Wife purchased an intex k2 challenger…"

Wife purchased an intex k2 challenger kayak in the uk before lock down so now out of warranty. Upon using this only recently, I noticed a pin hole leak in the seam. As no patches where included with the kayak I contacted the UK company who recommended what to use and how to repair this which I duly did. Upon inflating the boat today this popped along the seam. I emailed the company who simply where not interested. This item wasn't cheap and the quality at best is extremely poor. I am trying to find who exactly owns the company in the UK and the Ceo to contact the person before I consider what other options are open to me. Can only find the parent company which appears to be this one. I have photos of the hole, location and after effects. This company promise so much deliver so little. Stay well clear. But a much cheaper option then at least then if this does the same thing you haven't wasted a lot of money. I've seen cheap blow up balloons which are made better than this product. Ps having looked into this product in more details, this is a common problem, pin hole leaks which are already in the boat when purchased. The Customer service is non existent because they really are not interested.

So we purchased air mattress from this company and the next day it was deflating so we decided maybe not enough air so we used it again and each day and night we were constantly inflating the mattress.
Purchased from Wal Mart so call the Internet company after waiting on hold like an hour get customer service representative barely could understand her because of her accent, so she gives me this info to file a claim, immediately file claim two days later it’s refused, so another call and finally get service representative same language issue this time her accent is much worse, she tells me something totally different from last representative so I am asking questions she doesn’t understand me and someone is telling her what to say, long story short I think they are making faulty air mattresses with bad products no refunds but will send you another mattress after you cut out the name on mattress and 6x6 piece and mail to them.
Honestly I wouldn’t purchase an air mattress from them and hire some people who speak and understand English

No compraría jamás con ellos,muy mal,sin trata solo x mensajes y si t contestan,yo compré una piscina nueva el año pasado ,2 meses colocada y vuelta a guardar después de limpiarla como t mandan,este año la colocamos y Pineda x más d 5 sitios una raja,se lo comento y m dicen k se me ha pasado la garantía,k es d 12 meses que yo sepa por ley es d 2 años,pero ellos se lo pasan x el forro,le pedimos la lona,está descatalogada y aún espero a k m avisen.Espero k la gente , NO LOS COMPREN NADA,k ni puto caso hacen

If I could leave 0 stars I would, save your money, Intex does not fully back their products, Horrible customer service. Purchased $400 defective pump, instead of replacing pump they expect me to replace part by part until the problem is solved, mean while I have a pump that is dumping sand in my pool. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
