Defect na 26 maanden, pomp die voor de bubbels zorg is defect,
Beleeft een mail gestuurd, met de vraag voor een commerciële tussen komst , paar mails terug gekregen, dat ik deze moet opsturen voor herstelling en dat de kost prijs is voor te versturen heen en weer €50 bedraagt, zonder de onderdelen die vervangen moeten worden ,
Van een commerciële tussenkomst zwijgen ze in alle talen!
Een echte schande is dit !
Dus let op al je van plan bent voor een nieuwe spa aan te kopen , koop dan zeker niet Intex !
Want de dienst na verkoop van Intex trekt op niets !
Zelf via telefoon, niet bereikbaar Wegens te druk , ja van al de klachten denk ik .

"Don’t buy the 2 day shipping!!!"
Don’t buy the 2 day shipping!!!! Can’t leave zero stars unfortunately, basically I paid for 2 day shipping and it doesn’t get to me for 4 days (6 days if you include the weekends. They don’t) so they refused to refund me back my money for the 2 day shipping. One lady told me they would then I was put on hold for 12 minutes for them to say they don’t offer refunds on 2 day shipping.

"Air bed broke after using 3 times"
Air bed broke after using 3 times. Only offer warrenty for 1 year which isn't enough for a product you don't use often. Aviod buying. Very poor.

"Missing parts"
My pool was missing 15 T-joints and 15 missing leg caps. After 45 of talking to Beverly in consumer service. Most of the time she left me on hold and kept asking why I wait 14 days to report it. I told her the pool arrived late right before we were leaving for vacation. I said it is less than her 15 day window and she said it was too close. Not sure what that means. She said I could not speak to her superior and everyone at Intex will tell me the same thing. She would not start a claim and hung up on me. This has to be right up there with one of the worst customer experience I have had. I need 15 T's and 15 end caps. That were not included in my box. She refuse to open a Fed ex inquiry.

una verguenza de empresa si tienes algun problema adios se lavan las manos y te dejaran tirado no compreis intex ,comprada depuradora casi 100 eur y al año peta y lo dicho no paran de poner excusas y darte largas menos mal que amazon respondio sino me la como con patatas por culpa de estos listillos/inutiles de intex.

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever, I bought a pool over the holidays. Went to put it up to find it is missing pieces. When I contacted the company they informed me they could only replace 4 out of the 10 parts missing. And then told me because I don’t have the receipt anymore they can’t even give me the 4 they would replace. But for 5 dollars and some change a piece I can buy the 10 parts. Horrible, I do not recommend buying anything from this company at all.

"I bought an inflatable boat from this…"
I bought an inflatable boat from this company last summer and had kept it in the box until this summer. After it was blown up it did not hold the air. I tried blowing it up multiple times and the same thing would happen. I emailed them about this and they did not answer. I then called them and the lady was rude and blunt and said “there’s nothing we can do about this.” I asked for a supervisor and she said the supervisor could call me back. The supervisor claimed that they do not recognize that product so there is nothing they can do about it. It is clearly an Intex Explorer 300. It says their brand right on the box. Overall I am extremely unsatisfied that my money was completely wasted on this brand. Will never buy from them again. Horrible company.

Intex has beyond horrible customer service. Although they are no help with troubleshooting the many issues their products have, there are many YouTube videos from other unsatisfied customers.

"Can't give zero stars so I will just…"
Can't give zero stars so I will just give 1. Waited on hold for 25 minutes to alter an order I had placed over the weekend when they were closed. After emailing them over the weekend for a follow up, I decided to call, only to be told no changes could be made and the order could not be canceled or combined. Extremely upset! No attempt was made to address my request to combine an order to avoid separate shipping charges. The worst!!!!

"Don't waste your money"
Don't waste your money. On the sand filters their c***. Filled the filter up with sand twice. Both times pushed all the sand into the pool.
