AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!
Falsely advertised free gift with item I purchased I mainly bought the necklace for the free gift as it would be value for money.
I spoke with the rudest manager named Hany refused to give me the free gift after it was clearly advertised with no other information on the free gift, they refuse to take any accountability for their mistake will never ever go to this jewellers again.
UPDATE: they haven’t responded to my review but requested I remove the part where is says which manager was rude to me what a joke of a company.
And they removed my review shows how corrupt this company is! So I’ve reposted this review and if they keep removing I will keep adding it back

"Ridiculously Slow Delivery & Refunds"
Placed an order with CW Sellors, and the delivery was incredibly delayed with no proper updates. When I finally gave up and requested a cancellation, the cancellation & refund process turned out to be just as slow, taking weeks to process. Would not recommend if you value your time and probably money.

"A really disappointing experience - be careful"
A really disappointing experience, 5 weeks down the line from ordering a watch (not an insignificant purchase) and still no sign of it. I have called repeatedly to be advised that they are awaiting a shipment form Garmin. I was assured it would be on a delivery coming in on 17/2, having heard nothing I called again only to be advised that its now expected next week! There is no proactive management of orders, the website still states delivery within 7-10 days, which it has since I ordered the watch and is completely false and misleading. They need to be upfront with people about lead-times and adopt an acceptable level of customer service, whereby customer are kept informed. The advisor I just spoke to advised that the website states 'contact us for delivery timescales', I had to correct her an advise it doesn't! Please be warned and make sure you ask before ordering, when you can expect delivery!

"Same bad experience as many others.."
After reading reviews I was willing to give this company the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately I had the same experience as so many others.
I placed an order towards the beginning of January and promptly received an email stating the item had been ordered directly from the supplier and I would have an estimated delivery date very soon. After 10 days with no contact I emailed and sent a WhatsApp message asking for an update, both of which were ignored. I then telephoned customer services for an update and was told it had been chased and potentially the item needed to be made and that could take up to 6 weeks. Having read similar stories in other reviews I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I was told this may take 14 working days (which it did). I’ve since ordered the same item directly from the manufacturer which was promptly delivered the following day.

Bought the necklace for a birthday gift, to be fulfilled within 2-3 weeks, but received the package after more then a month, stating that the package consists of two items- the original item plus a silver necklace as the free gift, but only sent one item. When contacted CS they said this was a free gift anyway and it was not in stock. They started getting rude, when pointed that they fraudulently invoiced me for two products while sent only one. They promised to send me the missing item as soon as it available, but after 3 months gone and despite the numerous emails, still haven't got this item.
Not leaving much options for me now, apart from reporting this company to the police and the Trading Standards for fraud.

"Not really a great experience "
I placed an order on 29 Jan and was told my bracelet was ordered from supplier. 2 weeks passed by and I heard nothing so I rang up, I was told to wait another 2 weeks. After a week, I then emailed again and was told it was not in stock at the supplier and it need to be made ! In the end I chose another one, not really what I wanted but OK and they did send it out. Not a great customer experience when purchasing a high end product :( will read reviews more carefully in future.
