Although the item I ordered at the beginning of November was out of stock and needed to be imported from Scandinavia, there was little information forthcoming from the very pleasant people at Sellors.
Ultimately the item didn’t arrive in time to be given to my daughter before Christmas, but in time for
New Year!

"Lovely item but poor service"
Although the item I purchased was a very good price I felt the service from the seller was not good. The item delivery was too long and the free gift that came with it was not delivered but out of stock. As it was in stock when I ordered I feel it should have been reserved and saved for delivery with the brooch. The communication with the company was poor and they only kept me informed about my order when I contacted them, not the other way round.
12 weeks from ordering to receiving item when it was initially 4-6 weeks is poor service .

"Not straightforward but worked out well"
Called in at the Chester store to view Ball watches and discovered that they have no watches in the shop at all, full stop! However, they are a authorised distributor for Ball watches. So I went ahead with my order for a limited edition watch which needed to be specially ordered. This did not go smoothly. The shop forgot to place the order with the watchmakers but eventually realised their mistake. In the end, it was a three month wait for the watch. To be fair, the firm were very apologetic and compensated me for their error. The watch is fantastic, though, and worth the wait. I salute Lizzie at the Chester shop who had to mop up after her colleague's mistake and who worked hard to make things OK.

"Avoid at all costs"
Ordered 3 items mid-September. After weekly emails and phone calls and lots of broken promises, I eventually cancelled 2 of the items and had the remaining item arrive on Dec 23rd. Not once did the company contact me to explain delays, all the comms were initiated from my end. I wonder if I'd have been contacted at all if I'd have just sat and waited. I would have to say it was the worst customer service that I have ever received. Don't believe anything you are told or trust the items being in stock. I'd give this company zero stars.

"No transparency "
Ordered earrings 3 weeks before a 60th birthday. Website took order and told me to expect delivery 6 days before birthday. Ordered in September for 20th Oct. Earrings eventually delivered Dec. This was after being promised delivery 3 times. Emails chasing for update were not replied to. Conversation in November brought to light that the designer of the earrings had gone out of business in August! So why sell these earrings in Sept. knowing that the earrings were not available. Really disappointed in how long it took and lack of communication

My wife loved the blue John earrings. She was really surprised on Christmas Day. Ordering was easy and the purchase was delivered very promptly.
