I recently purchased a Longines watch for my now husband as a wedding day gift. I was cautious about purchasing a valuable item online however I didn’t need to worry as I contacted C W Sellors and had fantastic customer service from Harriet who answered all my questions efficiently and raised the order for me. I was lucky enough to have a great discount but this did not deter the exceptional customer service from Harriet. My husband loved his gift. Thank you for all of your help. I would purchase quality products from here again!

I purchased a watch online from this company, upon receiving the Tissot seastar 1000 I did not like it and immediately returned it to them for a full refund or exchange . After a few days I received an email saying that the watch bracelet had multiple scratches therefore they will not refund the full amount.after many many phones and emails they agreed to refund £435.00 instead of £615.00. upon my request they returned the bracelet,I have examined the bracelet very very carefully and found not a single scratch on it.there are no damage to the bracelet whatsoever , I have not known any company with such attitude, I only had the watch for less then 10 minutes before sending it back to them . I ended up with a bracelet that worth no more then £30.00 and I don't need it either . I am now out of pocket by £180.00 ( they said the deduction was for the bracelet which is made of tin ) ! This i believe is very very unfair and a cunning way of taking money from customer. Please note that I am a retired person , I would never write a negative comment like this unless I am certain that the other party is at fault or in a serious misunderstanding/ mismanagement, again there is no damage to the bracelet of any kind. Thank you.

The bracelet I ordered took almost five months to arrive after chasing it up. When it arrived it was shorter than advertised so I returned it. I was told I would be informed about how long a replacement would take I heard nothing for two weeks so decided to cancel the order.

Ordered a watch online from Whitby Jet Store which is actually CW Sellors online. They took payment immediately and the website said it would be dispatched and delivered within 48 hours. After 48 hours I heard nothing so I emailed - no response. I called and they said they would look into whether or not they had the item in stock and call me back. No call back. I called again the next day and they told me that they didn’t actually have the item. I questioned why they had taken the payment and why they were advertising an item they didn’t have but they could only apologise. I asked for a refund and was told it would take up to 10 working days to process. After 7 working days I called to ensure that it was definitely in progress and they said it was and would take 7-10 days and that I would get notification when it was processed. On the 10th day I didn’t have it so I emailed to say I would like to see their complaints policy was and they emailed back to say that my refund was processed 30mins ago and that I should get notification (I didn’t).
Overall I was charged for an item that didn’t exist and I only found out that was the case because I chased it and then had to chase the refund too.
