"Fabulous "

I contacted Sellors to enquire about a watch purchase but also wanted a folding clasp which I had seen on the watch manufacturers website, I wasn’t prepared for what happened next!
Simply the best customer service I have ever experienced.
The lady who answered my email and all of the numerous follow up emails was absolutely fabulous, nothing was any trouble and I did bombard her with questions!
The lady who was so very helpful is called Harriet and she couldn’t have possibly looked after me any better.
I would definitely recommend Sellors for your watch or jewellery purchases and if you email them and are fortunate enough to have Harriet reply then you have hit the jackpot.

"Poor customer service "

I purchased a pair of earrings costing £1400, after 2 weeks the back came off luckily the earring was in my hood.. after contacting C W Sellors and expressing my concern that I could easily have lost it, they offered no explanation and said they would keep the complaint on file. 6 months later it happened again, this time losing the earring, they requested the remaining earring be returned and have concluded it was not a manufacturing fault !

I was just a little bit disappointed with the size of the blue john in the ring. I thought it might be a bit bigger. Service was good

I paid for a watch on line and was given 3 day delivery time. A week passed with no sign of the watch or contact from Sellors.
It arrived 7 weeks later with me doing all the chasing! Poor service.

"Scammers"

I pre-ordered a Seiko watch and asked for the bracelet to be adjusted. It arrived in a box with a clear plastic wrap around the face. I returned the item for a refund, without taking the wrap off or removing any of the labels or packaging. I returned the item unworn, in the exact same condition that I had received it.
Two weeks later they emailed saying the watch showed signs of wear and refused to refund me. They highlighted a mark on the bezel and marks on the bracelet where they had adjusted it. I pointed out I hadn't removed the wrap and hadn't worn the bracelet, so any marks were on the watch before it was sent to me.
They refused to answer any of my emails and refused a refund. Luckily I had made the purchase with Amex so was able to make a claim against them. Shocking customer service and a clear attempt to pass off a damaged item as new.

I have used CW Sellors a few times now, and they always do a great job for me. Sales information is comprehensive, the buying experience is easy, and guess what - they communicate with you!! I was moved up the queue when another customer cancelled, and Leah emailed me to let me know - and not just a standard info email either - it was friendly, and she really seemed to care that I liked my purchase - so thank you Leah! I'll be back!

"Excellent Service"

Sellors again gave me excellent service. They had the Seiko Sumo watch I wanted to purchase, and offered to match any cheaper price from other vendors. They have also sourced a Seiko rubber strap which will fit my new watch. The transactions were smooth online and they shipped the watch to me arriving a day ahead of schedule.

Very poor ordered a product it was to small with no larger size instock, so purchased from elsewhere, and requested a refund, Then another arrived sent immediately back requesting a refund still being offered 25% off future purchases if I accepted the replacement this has been going on for 3 months and still no refund after many requests also first item returned at my own cost. Extremely poor would never purchase again. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR ORDER AND THIS COMPANY.
