Great service from Harriet - having placed order for some jade earrings as a present for my wife on our wedding anniversary I was immediately informed of timelines for them to be made and despatched. Having left it a little late to order, a quick note to the store led to an expedited turnaround and delivery in good time. The earrings are lovely and my wife very pleased. Thank you.

Please Please, whatever money you think your saving buying from C W Sellors, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It's not worth the stress. I bought a watch online from them because it was 40 pounds cheaper, Oh do I regret it now.

1 month later still so watch. I've called countless times, their customer service team give you the absolute runaround. I cancelled my order and requested a refund, only for them to later and out of the blue, reorder it again WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. A clear VIOLATION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS.

I only wish I saw the review before I purchased.

I would like to say this is some sort of SCAM, feels like a ponzi scheme, but honestly I don't know. I would just like my money back and take my business elsewhere.

Paid for a Ball watch from this company with a 2-3 week delivery and 5 weeks later still no watch. Their customer service is shocking with no reply to e mails and no positive response when you ring them

"AVOID Item never shipped and no refind"

I placed an order 27 days ago for a ring that has not been dispatched or delivered.

I only received the confirmation email. After that 2 weeks of nothing. I emailed to ask for an update and got a Zen Desk reply service just vaguely stating that there were delays.

Nothing since. I’ve emailed 3 times since, sent a WhatsApp message and requested a refund. Still no response.

I’m now at the point where it’s clear that they’ve basically stolen money from me and will have to go via my credit card to get a refund.

Started well, received x2 items, but missing x2. Customer Services helpful. Then 3rd item 2 weeks later. Chased up 4th. No response. Tried again. No response. Still no response and still no 4th item. 1st ordered 29/04/24 and its now 23/05/24!

"Warranty repair"

A recent issue with my Wife's watch led us to the Ashbourne branch (our own branch in Buxton being refurbished). Seth was on duty and treated us in a very helpful and professional manner.
