"Non Delivery Of Order"

I purchased a bangle from this on line Seller for a surprise birthday gift for a family member and was informed of the delivery time being 4 weeks; 6 and a half weeks later I had still not received the bangle and had absolutely no communication from this Seller. Shockingly poor customer service skills from a company who are supposed to pride themselves on the level of service they offer. Waiting for a refund now as I had to source an alternative gift in time for the marked celebration. Competitive price offered on the item but if you don't deliver the goods I'm sorry to say that I will not be purchasing from you again.

Very bad experience, I ordered a watch almost a month and a half ago now as a birthday present. Their sales person specified it would be 2 to 3 weeks wait at the time and would definitely be in time for the birthday and I should pay to reserve it. I have not heard from them since. The birthday came and went, still no watch. Would they keep you informed? no, you have to call them to hear the same lies over and over. I will never repeat a purchase from this terrible company and would advise anyone to stay away from given them any business.

Fabulous selection of jewellery, Diane and her staff go out of their way to be helpful, no pressured selling and always a smile.
Only gripe is I thought valuations were a tad expensive. Overall a very hsppy customer. Such a shame Ludlow branch is closing.

ordered a £2000 garmin watch on the 5th may next day someone called me to verify details was told a few days delivery 4 days later NOTHING so emailed them 3 times before i finally got a reply with them stating they are only a tiny company with no one to reply to emails and they were still waiting for a reply from garmin with a delivery date ALTHOUGH IF I ORDER FROM GARMIN I CAN GET IT IN 1 to 3 Days...... now 11 days i get a email from jura stating it could be another 2-3 weeks but that's not definite JURA say they are the biggest uk garmin watch seller but can't supply what i've paid for yet the likes of beaverbrooks goldsmiths and h samuel's can deliver next day SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AVOID AVOID 😡😡😡😡😡😡
