"Poor customer service"
Poor customer service, ordered a watch last Friday. Have not been informed there’s a 2 weeks wait (no mention anywhere on their site). WhatsApp sent to cancel order - got ignored, called up to cancelled yesterday, been told someone will call me today then hung up on me, no phone call received today. Emailed to cancelled order, guess what? Got ignored too. Amazing customer service

They were extremely proactive when it came to completing the sale - left multiple voice mails, sent multiple emails encouraging me to finish the purchase. Once that was done there was radio silence on the delivery timescale. I've had to initiate contact twice to get any more information from them, they've been slow to respond and I was fobbed off on both occasions with vague promises that the item will be delivered at an indefinite point in the future, unable to confirm when. Excellent sales, terrible customer service.

OMG
Where do I begin?I ordered some Saun Leanne earrings on 07/02/24 the expected delivery date was in March, March came and went no earrings. I repeatedly contacted them to be told they were "due the next day" or they are "in the next shipment" or "oh no they missed the shipment" finally the parcel arrived today. The wrong item. Over 3 months after I first ordered it. The staff are nice on the phone BUT there have been a catalogue of errors despite being told " we are only human" maybe they need to get a computer or some robots. I still do not have the earrings I ordered and I have missed the event I wanted them for.
will update this if `i ever get my earrings.

Very disappointing! Jura sent me the wrong watch, told me it was my fault with the explanation that "sometimes internet orders don't work out", and made me pay to return it. The generic email confirmation of my order lacked important details about the watch I ordered, which meant I was not able to check the details in advance or use it as proof when I phoned to complain. They have now acknowledged receiving the returned watch but I am still waiting to receive my refund. I can see on Trustpilot reviews, I'm not the only one! Instead, I went direct to the watch manufacturer who price matched Jura, sent me a detailed confirmation, and most importantly, sent me the correct watch promptly. A far better experience
