Do not get E vouchers from Eventim UK as they do not honour them if the show is in a theatre even if they have it on their website. Was given a voucher as a gift and told specifically to go towards a show. went on website and didn't allow me to claim the voucher but they get to keep the money.
Edit related to the response I have spoken to customer services. They have said that if it is a theatre it goes to a separate site even though the site still states Eventim and the vouchers can't be used for them.

"Only Fools and Horses Musical"
Having booked for the afternoon show (so I thought), it transpired I’d mistakenly booked for the evening. Anyway, we headed to the theatre to see if there was anything that could be done. The box office team did not hesitate to ensure we could watch the afternoon show, even giving us tickets that were of better seating than I had booked. They saved the day, as we would have only been able to watch half of the evening show due to having to catch the last train home.
Exceptional customer service and really great experience.
As for the show, absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend going to see it when it tours the UK. Paul Whitehouse and co have excelled with this hit musical and we are glad we got to see it at such a great theatre in the Apollo.

Customer service were prompt and were able to sort out rescheduling my tickets I had given my boyfriend for Christmas. Unfortunately he become really ill the morning of us going to the taskmaster experience. I wasn't expecting to reschedule it with such short notice but really thankful we were able to!
