"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Tickets booked for an event Friday 20th December. The venue wasn’t open when we arrived. I emailed Eventim to ask for a refund. The following Tuesday we had an email apologising and saying the event would be rescheduled but not when. I have again emailed for a refund but no response. Incredibly poor customer service!

"So many extra fees..."

I just made a purchase for an event for 2 person
I had to pay:
£3.50/person for "Booking Fee"
£1.50 for "Processing fee"
£2.50 for "Delivery and transaction costs"
That's £11 just fees. What a blatant rip-off...

"A mixed bag"

The online purchase process for my tickets went fine, although the only delivery option was through their app.
The app download was also straightforward, however the app would not work as it identified my phone as 'rooted', which it isn't and as a consequence 'unsafe'. This meant I couldn't access my tickets, so I contacted customer services via email. They responded quickly, but they only suggested I log in via one of my friends phones and stated there was no other way to access the tickets. I will try this and hopefully it will work. They did also say if I couldn't access a phone I could contact them 24 hrs before the event and they would ask the venue to prepare handwritten tickets for me to collect from the box office however, it's a pretty unsatisfactory solution.
