"Lots of addon costs - 33% worth"

I just purchased a ticket for a gig and when I printed it out, face value was £15. A £2.37 "fee" was added before I got to see the ticket. On the Eventim UK website the was a "processing fee" of £1.50 and a "delivery charge" of £1.50. Its an E-TICKET, what delivery charge? Its attached to the confirmation email... so approx. 33% has been added to the Full Price Ticket... robbers!!!!

I made an error when using the online booking service and was £300+ out of pocket.
The Eventim Customer Service Team were great - responding quickly to my initial query, and then resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.
I don't think I have had a refund actioned so quickly without having to jump through a myriad of hoops. Thank you for you care and attention.
