"Bad customer service "
Eventim has refused refund for my ticket. And told me try to sell privately. You better think twice before buying.

"Double booked seats"
My wife booked Chris mccausland at Hazlett theatre about 6 months in advance for maidstone through eventin.we were seated early when someone said we were in their seats as they had tickets but booked through Hazlett theatre. The staff sat them in another seat. Then as everybody started turning up the same double booked seat problem all over the theatre. All those with eventim were removed and some went home.
Hazlett theatre were great at getting the rest of us back in most were dotted about in single seats.we were told eventim shouldn't have been selling tickets. If it wasn't for staff at Hazlett sorting this out and Chris mccausland being so funny it would have ruined the night.

"Worst Customer Services I've ever experienced! Bar none!"
I am trying to sell 2 tickets on fansale through eventim. There is clearly a technical hitch as whichever way I try, I cannot list the tickets. I chose fansale as it seemed a really safe and fair way to simply get my money back and because I cannot get my hands on the tickets until 24 hours before the event (as purchased through eventim) and won't be in a position to send them through to the buyer. Eventim customer services are shocking offering zero help at all. I'm either dealing with a chatbot or an incredibly rude agent who is hell bent on not helping. I've previously used eventim to buy tickets but this has really put me off having any future dealings with them

"Poor customer service "
Had an accidental double order for a show due to their website crashing. Eventim has refused to refund when it's clearly an accidental double order because of their fault. Now I have twice the amount of tickets for this show that I am trying to help them resell via their website rather than touting them and they are refusing.
May 8th UPDATE: As you can see below, eventim reached out to me a few weeks ago. I responded to their information as requested and then have heard nothing since. Further demonstrates their poor customer service...!

"Booked tickets for Madonna and took out…"
Booked tickets for Madonna and took out insurance just if we couldn't make it as it was a few months away, then not only were you not allowed to resell the tickets, which I don't necessary mind with all the touts and that, I couldn't get my money back on the insurance as we had to travel to England, The insurance wont pay unless you have crazy circumstances or medical certificate's, waste of money and time for insurance.

"If I could give this minus one star"
If I could give this minus one star, I would.
Booked tickets to watch Madagascar. Received a phone call to say to say that ticket sales were low for the performance we had booked for and was therefore cancelled. I was told I could change to the 6 o’clock show which I said I just needed to check with the other parties that this was okay. Upon calling back, I was told by Eventim that I could not transfer the tickets and would have to pay again and wait for a refund. The refund however would not include any fees that I’ve paid that were incurred on the website for booking and transaction fees as this was not my fault. These fees should’ve been fully refunded. After speaking to the venue, who told me they would transfer the tickets for me, they just needed to speak to him to confirm a couple of details, however, in the meantime Eventim decided to refund the tickets off their own back before the problem was sorted with the venue who were, in fact, being very helpful. Now I’m left with the option to pay again at full price for seats at the back of the venue at a later showtime. Obviously I’m not happy with the seats for an elderly person who is coming with me so this is not an option for us I find myself with a hotel booking which is already paid for and no tickets for a show. Eventim have been less helpful and their customer service is an absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favour and book directly with a venue, and if they use Eventim him tell them to stick it.

"Ridiculous fees £14.12 on £65 tickets"
I only used them as it was the only option for presale tickets. The fees are huge - why can we not have rules to stop all these being added. The most irritating is £2.50 for me to print my own ticket at home Licence to print money for Eventim more like

"Those fees! £15 on top of the ticket"
The booking process is pretty long, slow and annoying, but those fees - what the hell? I had to pay £7.75 booking fee, £2.50 venue levy, £1.50 processing fee, £2.50 delivery cost. The £2.50 delivery cost offers only their app to download and send the ticket to. The ticket was £65 and the final cost with fees and VAT was £79.25. That’s a disgrace. £80 to see a band in Hammersmith Apollo, which is small-ish. I paid £12 to see Oasis at Earls Court in 1995, so that shows you how absurd ticket prices have become.

"I had not received my newly bought…"
I had not received my newly bought panto tickets which had been posted to me, the staff responded immediately and could not have been more helpful.

"Received an email from Eventim"
Received an email from Eventim. Saw the gig, very easy and straightforward to buy tickets. Great for me as I am not very technically gifted!
