"This is a fraud company"

This is a fraud company! I bought a voucher and they gave me an expired voucher and no refund!!

"Expired Ticket"

1. Always try to use tickets from the venue you plan to visit
2. They sold me a ticket to Abu Dhabi Louvre after it was closed already.
3. I asked them kindly to change the date to the next day, they refused. No refund as well
4. They stopped any communication.
5. They don't have a contact number, Office, Facebook, or Instagram.
6. This couple of people in the team purchase a bunch of tickets with the hope to sell them to anyone. They don't care, Once sold don't expect anything.
7. I would advise everyone to get ticket from the Venue website and as the last hope use Tickettin service at your own risk.

Don’t deal with this company, they took my money (600+ AED) and didn’t send me the tickets on time and sent me an email saying we are sorry we cannot process your request (while they already withdraw the amount from my bank account) and I had to buy the green planet’s tickets again.
cannot reach out to them because the mobile number they are using is fake….. DON’T DEAL WITH THEM

Booked this trip for my family, we have young children, 4 & 8 years old, nowhere does it say when you book it, that under 12’a can’t go on the slide, then that’s what’s stated on the booking confirmation!! Absolute con!

Fraudulent company, I booked tickets to St Paul’s Cathedral, which are not recognised as valid. Ignores all requests for refund.
