"Worst company on this planet billed me…"

Worst company on this planet billed me for £2000 for a £180 water bill, rang them up, no such account with the account number, sorry we don't supple that postcode, sorry but I got a bill here for £2000 plus from a collection agency absolute joke this lot.

"Avoid these numpties!"

Never received a bill until I received a letter from a company called UK Search Ltd. Called the UK telephone number and surprise, surprise speak to some numpty in South Africa!
Gave my meter reading and said they will send me a new bill.
I go online to pay my bill but these scammers want late payment fees for a bill that I never received! My bill is £71, but they want me to pay £161!

Avoid these if you can......I think Sadiq Khan must be a shareholder!

"Poor organisation- stay away"

Poor customer service. Poor communication with the client and between themselves and departments. They realised they had made a mistake in the dates for the account for over 2 years and are trying to charge us for a historic bill when it's definitely their mistake.

"I'm not a customer of SES business…"

I'm not a customer of SES business water, yet I feel sorry for those who are.

SES business water have been sending our office address letters demanding payments for months. We have been on the phone to them several times as on the bill it states that they supply to an address in Huntingdon, yet have our address on their billing. We explained on the phone that this isn't our address, we are not a customer of theirs, etc.

We then received further letters, so I emailed on the 2nd Jan to explain the situation, and was expecting an apology for their error and confirmation that our details would be removed.. yet no. I have been back and forth with your unfortunately incompetent staff, and still no resolution. Half of their replies make no sense as they haven't even read my previous emails, I received confirmations that they would resolve this, then 4 days later would receive another email saying sorry for the delay but we can't, etc.. it's a mess.

I have now been told that in order for them to remove our details from their system, they need to send an engineer out (again) to confirm the location of the meter. It's really not that difficult, your system states that the meter is located in a property in Huntingdon and that's where you supply to, yet you are aware that we are located in a shared office block in London. SES have then supplied my details to their engineer, which is against GDPR surely, as I'm firstly not their customer, and I also never gave permission for my name and contact number to be shared.

To top it off, I asked for my details to be shared with a manager and I was told this isn't possible, and I needed to email the complaints team.

What an absolute shambles. I won't ever be recommending SES business water, and I would highly recommend that their Customer Service Manager reads this review along with the rest and ensures that their team are not only properly trained, but also to ensure that their policies and processes make sense, and are legal. FYI, this battle is ongoing and to this day I am still receiving calls, aswell as letters.

Disgusting company. Would rate it 0 stars if I could.

"Poor cudtomer relations . Contacted again on 5th January and got put through to Business Dept . How ridiculous!!ES to ask not to increase…"

I contacted SES to ask not to increase my monthly d/due and to come and check if I have a leak as my usage has gone up considerably. They agreed to both requests, then went ahead and took over 3 times my direct debit from my account. This has totally landed me in trouble as I couldn't pay other bills!. Why do they agree to something and then not adhere to it? Don't they realise the problems this can cause? Very upset and disappointed to say the least. After I submitted the above review, SES responded abd asked me to contact their Business Team!! How ridiculous to give me that number when I am a domestic customer. So I rang it and couldn't choose the right option because there isn't one. !!

"Hopeless"

I have been at my current business location for 9 years.
In fact the first company in these premises since it was built.
Water supplied by Anglia water from the start.
Then a few months ago started receiving demands from ses water for £345/£384.Also unpleasant letter from their debt agency.
My meter number does not match the number they are demanding the money for either.
Having told ses water this several times i have again ,today received another demand for money.
I was assured by them before Christmas i would receive no more demands for money.
Thanks for the extra stress,really need that.

"A DISGRACEFULLY INCOMPETENT COMPANY, RELIANT ON LIARS - AVOID!!!"

I left a review of SES Business Water a few days ago and would like to update my already dire opinion of them to alert anyone who might be considering dealing with them that they have actually got WORSE!!!

This company comprises the most AWFUL collection of LIARS!!!

I am being almost continually harassed by the company UKSL via SMS and mobile telephone calls, chasing a debt on an account that was closed, with no outstanding balance, in February 2023.

I followed SES Business Water's recommended route to close the account by filing a "Change of Tenancy" form, providing them with a meter reading, the new tenants' contact details, along with forwarding addresses for myself.

After my previous negative review of SES Business Water, they have commented that they were unable to locate my account... The usual 'reply' that these reviews receive, however, I was then surprised, if they did not know who I was, how they managed to phone me on my private mobile number the same day to say that they were aware of my review and that I would be contacted shortly to be compensated... SO THEY WERE LYING ON TRUSTPILOT IN THEIR REVIEW RESPONSE!!!

Having been unnecessarily harassed again this morning by UKSL, I decided to contact SES Business Water to request that they deal with the issue of their own making and leave me be.

Unfortunately, I was greeted in the normal rude manner by their customer "service" agent, who compounded issues by answering calls in an extremely noisy call centre (making it difficult to hear what they were saying).

Surprisingly, I failed to complete their security checks, as the billing address that I gave did not match their records... Unfortunately for them, this only further proves that they are again liars. The address they hold for billing is now the address that was supplied on the Change of Tenancy form that they claim not to have received or have access to. SO THEY WERE LYING - AGAIN!!!

An absurd manner of doing business - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

"If I could give this company minus…"

If I could give this company minus stars, I would. They appeared out of no-where to bill me for an area which is actually supplied by Anglian Water / Wave. Not only that, but they overcharged considerably and have a horrible bullying tone to all their correspondence, allowing hardly any time between first and second demands (sometimes only a day) and then within a couple of weeks - disconnection notices. I switched to Anglian Water in April and I am still getting bills and now disconnection notices from SES Business Water seven months later despite numerous messages asking them to stop. To be fair, I have had a couple of e mails back from them saying they will stop sending bills, but they haven't. Not only are their communications extremely inefficient, but I am feeling increasingly bullied. Avoid them!

"I am unable to log in to my account…"

I am unable to log in to my account anymore . The site is not compatible with Microsoft edge . I can no longer see any bill .
Funnily enough the payments pay is comparable with edge .
