Harrsment and Fraud is there
What they do don't pay anything to them double check everything detail Company needs shutting down fast

Awful company!!!! Wish that I can find the right one and more fair and reliable. Never showed up to take the actual water readings for more than 2 years. Now pushing to pay the debts without excuse.

Awful company who promise to do things multiple times both on email and over the phone, then bill you during investigations with £150 management fee chucked in for good measure, still not resolved my simple issue 12 months later!

I didn't know this, but when you get a new water supply installed to your business you get allocated to a water supplier automatically. SES business water contacted me soon after and set up my account quickly and without hassle. I had a query concerning a possible leak in the property and they answered the phone immediately and gave me good advice.

I contacted Michael at Castle Water by email to confirm details of my account and received an instant and concise reply. I always had good service from Castle Water but switched to SES water in 2017
As a contrast, SES Water have just invoiced me for waste water that they should have invoiced me for 2 years ago (after I had moved and after they had closed the account). They also took by direct debit far more than they should have done and it took me months to get a refund. Every time I contact them it takes ages to receive a reply

No bill in 14 months, Every month i ring they tell me 2-3 weeks until my bill arrives....and as you can guess it never does arrive.

It's been over a year since we established a new water connection and were allocated to SES Business Water. We are still not being billed correctly. Staff promise you things on the phone which never happen and emails consistently go unanswered. Not impressed.

Had my new sofa delivered my Jeff and gav, pretty happy. Very quick and efficient and came at a good time too, took away all the packaging and even arranged the cushions on the sofa, I had no issues.
