"I have raised so many complaints about billing"
I have raised so many complaints about this company over the last 3 years. From not sending us invoices for 18 months (yet sending court letters) to overbilling, unable to link consolidated accounts and not believing that we were unable to view billing online, to not allocating payment to the right accounts. Calls from overseas debt collectors who called individually for each of our 13 accounts consolidated together amounting to harrasement. Currently, we have sold one property and they are incapable of removeing that account from our billing despite all the paperwork from us and the new owner being submitted 2 months ago. ARGHHHH.
Their consolidated billing system does not work.

This company has owed me £787.03 since 3/10/22
A payment was accidentally paid to SES instead of WAVE water company. The bank details and sort code are exactly the same except one didget. I have sent numerous emails which not one has been responded to and telephoned 6 times over the last 5 months. Always told the team manager would call me back and never has. I have provided evidence of the payment, bank statements and now have to take this company to a small claims court. Absolutely disgraceful and how this company is still allowed to operate looking at all the bad reviews on Trustpilot Shame on you SES when people are struggling in this current economy, you are stealing their money and refusing to reply to their calls and pay them back.

this company come out of nowhere and wanted to charge my business with water bill, which I already paying to the shopping center for years, and they confirmed they are in charge of water bill. no clue who are they and where they come from. now they send debt collection company to me. ridiculous

I have dealt with this company for 2 years now, not by choice, as they have been extremely hard to deal with throughout our term with them, but it has taken them all this time to send me a correct bill. They have guessed at meter readings and I feel have pulled figures out of thin air for my bills. I am still very unhappy with them as they have just charged me £60.59 for the month of January and I haven't used even 1 unit of water. I would warn everyone to stay well away from this company.

Shocking, disgraceful, condescending; should'nt be allowed to treat with customers...
4 years and still no resolution. We are utterly at their mercy as not allowed to switch to another provider since there is an ongoing dispute. They dont seem to be doing anything about it. They have tried to send debt recovery agency against us and we countered with a lawyer; and now poof they have gone quiet again. This is so utterly depressing and disheartening that as a small business we are totally at the mercy of this giant firm who refuse to even tell us what our yearly charges are! We have 3 different invoices for the same period and they refuse to sort this.
It is really telling that a company of this size also is not willing to claim ownership of this review site and proves that they are utterly not committed to treating their customers' concerns with any dignity or respect.
Its no point either trying to complain to the ombudsman as they have such a huge backlog and in most instances usually side with the large companies....

couldn't be worse if they tried, they have a pay on demand account set up for me and regularly take £2-£3 out of my account on request, then are happy to send a demand for over £900???
oh and a 2nd demand for £30 something, 3 letters for each within a week, final reminder, urgent warning and legal action pending despite the amounts being paid in full as soon as the first letter/bill arrived!
how companies like this exist is beyond me, off to change supplier as a matter of urgency.
Don't even consider this company as your supplier!!!

They overcharged me over £1200 and would not give it back. Had to make a civil money claim against them in order to get the funds back.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Avoid this company at all costs, we have been charged incorrectly for the past 2 years, overcharged! Customer service is based on South Africa, so rude, unprofessional with no knowledge whatsoever of the account. This query has been ongoing since May last year and it is no where near getting resolved. The worst company I have EVER come across, DO NOT USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS i if could give zero rating i would!!!!
