"Gulliver's Warrington excellent"
We have just been to gulliver's Warrington , Christmas package.
6 adults 4 children.
What a fantastic day, great value for money.
Rides, panto, xmas lunch, fantastic grotto and a brilliant santa also a really good gift for the children.
The staff whether doing a panto, working the rides or cleaning the toilet area were so friendly.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Thanks
Sofi
"What can i say but me and the kids went…"
What can i say but me and the kids went today and had quite a nice time Lots to do for young ages but not so much if under 90cm luckily my youngest who loved every minute got a chance to ride! I can agree with other reviews the decor on some rides need a fresh lick of paint and some a jet wash. Most the staff were friendly. Didnt try the food we took a picnic but there looked a good selection scattered around.
The big wasp problem is a problem and not people over thinking as some do say. We had many flying at us from start to finish and witnessed many guests stressed over this and a child being stung. Worst is when stuck in the queues and no where to move when they are buzzing in your face.
They dont need to scrap anything just clean and brighten the rides up my kids did enjoy what they went on however and only the points ive wrote seemed to be the problem still a great place for children for a family day out possibly better on a cooler day hopefully no more wasps.

"The only new ride is the gig…"
Warrington site. The only new ride is the big roller-coaster and the rapids ride apache falls. All other rides are catered to very smallchildren and they are short duration. The park looks a bit tired and could do with sprucing up. The food in the guly grill was terrible.the smallest portion of chips cold and 2.50 each! I think they can do better. One ride did not have the full capability to shoot at targets. I am sure they can do better

"Great place Great value for money"
Great place for our grandchildren 5 &12
They had a great day as did we ! The car park is close and organised . it’s my favourite theme park to take my grandchildren. Food hall all good and reasonably priced as I feel is everything. I don’t feel the need to make a huge picnic just take a few snacks due to the food prices being so good and the quality too plus therefore not so much to carry. Bonus.
The staff r so helpful and polite. I love the fact it’s not endless walking and queuing, and around every corner something for both ages to enjoy . I would recommend gulivers Milton Keynes it was a great family day and didn’t break the bank. I didn’t feel ripped off like some parks plus it’s without the hustle n bustle and endless queues of the large theme parks. We hired a little car buggy for the day only a fiver It carries a tired 5year old but also the bags , Bargain ! I really really highly recommend gulivers and will return

"Gullivers Milton Keynes - Value, friendly, fun day out"
Gullivers Milton Keynes - A traditional park, with less complicated and "big" rides than some other theme parks. All staff were friendly, food outlets clean and kids loved the rides (as did the big kids). Some bits are a little tired and the JCB area had a few bits not working in the same zone. That said, for the price we had a great day out with friendly, polite staff. You were never far from a member of staff if you needed one either! We had a really great day.

"Avoid if you have kids with special requirements"
Booked the nerf theme and Arrived at 3rd for nights. First day arriving when showering the kids the hot water mixer wasn’t working correctly and the bath water was cloggged with hair. Absolutely disgusting. We contact the management and one of their handy man came and fixed it. On the first night we stayed that early morning between 2-4am we heard a kid crying wife jumped out bed thinking it was one of boys aged 2 and 6. Only to find out it was in the next door room. As we didn’t want any confrontation with the next door neighbours we left it as it was 4am in the morning.
Spoke to the manageress in the morning and explained the situation to her only to be abruptly told it’s a kids hotel. And there isn’t much we can do. I agree it’s a theme hotel but the rooms should still have some noise reduction.
Now we to most annoying part. We requested soy milk for the breakfast due to our kids having allergy when booking the hotel and upon arriving as they ask all questions. On the morning when we were getting served our breakfast. We asked the service girl were is our soy milk only to be told we don’t have any. My wife stormed offf leaving her breakfast to speak to the manageress only to be told it’s unacceptable and will speak to the staff. Nothing was done and we had to leave and get the kids our own milk for them to have their breakfast. This is absolutely disgusting and inconsiderate. When we were leaving we received not even a talk about how was your stay and no mention of a compensation with our experienced we faced.
Would not recommend this place to anybody and the service is extremely poor . If you have kids with special requirements avoid them at all costsx 😡😡😡😡

"Gullivers World........A WORLD OF FILTH !"
My wife and I have just returned from a stay at Gullivers World Hotel (Warrington) and 2 days in the theme park.with our 2 grandchildren. This was our third visit so thought I would send an honest adult review and not one seen from a child's point of view
Our Princess suite was lovely but the black mould all around the lower wall of the shower was not very nice and could be a health hazard.
We had a couple of drinks in the hotel lounge bar where the staff were extremely slow which resulted in a very long queue and further spoilt by workman (assume maintainence men) having there supper of Kentucky fried chicken with a lot of swear words thrown in, while staff, I assume manageress in white shirt took no notice.
Cafe's/Restaurants
I can only say I was shocked by the uncleanliness of the cafe's, restaurants and toilets in the theme park. We sat in the The Big G Diner for breakfast, where all the food was put into a wok and plonked on the table for you to serve yourself. As we sat eating I could not help but notice grime all along the counter, the floor filthy and tiles that looked like they had been wiped with a greasy cloth, as did all the tables.
On our last day we were in Alice of Wonderland and eat in the fish and chip bar/cafe. The floor was so greasy our shoes were sticking to it, and again the tables were not cleaned properly.
The toilets in the park.
Bowls were stained brown through lack of cleaning properly with bleach or similar.
I must tell you that I am not a frequent reviewer and do not like leaving reviews, except when I feel it is entirely necessary.
Hopefully these few things can be easily rectified through proper staff training and our next visit not be spoilt by them.
