Had an appointment this morning for a boiler service from Cameron in Angus, he flagged a cracked boiler and a few other issues, he was brilliant and took the time to explain what he was doing and why, it took 3 hours of running all over the place to ensure me and my home were safe before he left, I'm so very grateful for his diligence

Had a new replacement boiler installed. No issues through the entire process from booking in the survey to receiving all relevant completion correspondence. Would recommend their services based on my overall experience. Various contractors also attended throughout the morning who were all polite and professional in their work. Cannot provide any negative feedback.

Ben the electrician called today for an electric safety check he was very diligent with his work & carried out the work very professionally. He was courteous & very well manoured in his approach. Ben also replaced my tricky bathroom lights with an LED light. Ben is an asset to your company I wish him all the success in the future

Our new boiler was fitted within two days of reporting the old one faulty. The service was seamless, from the initial engineer visit, survey, estimate to the installation. First class speedy and efficient service, carried out by first class and courteous staff. Boiler was installed and working in four hours. I Would definitely recommend Saltire to anyone.

Excellent. Engineer Craig was brilliant. Came to do a gas safety check and discovered a lot wrong from previous engineer who left boiler a mess. Had to mark as unsafe but could be resolved. Engineer said be a few days for parts but was here following morning with everything fixed and safe
Craig was really pleasant , honest and trustworthy and gave a very honest appraisal of work required and apologised on behalf of previous who made an absolute pig's ear of it!
Really appreciatte his effort and time and he has boiler running as new with zero problems. Five years and many engineers chasing the leak also resolved by Craig!
We’re quick to moan and groan but rarely give credit where it’s due!!! Thank you
