I never booked tickets other sites rather than direct airline booking, this time I realised the flight fares are very reasonable at fly sharp, but I have lot of hesitation with many doubts. When I spoke with one of their travel Sales Consultant Mr.Anish..He clarified all of my doubts in details with out any rush..which gaves me lot of confident and go through the booking process. would like to prefer flysharp for my future bookings. Very unprofessional & scammer travel agent. I was try to book tickets through Skyscanner card was keep declining they call me & took my card details over the phone & the next hour they misused my card details to purchase £2300 worth tickets. When I call them they put my number in reject list. Finally received call from the office which was good but guess what the lady say sorry we didn’t take your money which was very funny. Please stay away from fly sharp

Very unprofessional travel company. They received refund from the airline but fraudulently kept with them. Only after my multiple chasers, they confirmed over email that it will be paid.

Stay away from this travel company.
(for records booking under invoice 5070081 made by April and I have an email confirming from her that refund has been made but she didnt process.

They sat on my money for 6 months and only today when I enquired, they said they will credit back. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUDULENT INTENT

"Luggage Allowance Discrepency On Qatar Airways"

I booked tickets on Qatar Airways, luggage allowance was 30kg on the onward journey and 25kg on return, booking confirmation had this information noted. When the etickets it was 25kg for both leg of the journey. I emailed Fly Sharp about the discrepancies and requested updated eticket with the current luggage allowance.
Manan responded extremley quickly and sent updated e tickets with the correct luggage allowance further clarifying that each passenger could have 2 peices of checked luggage amounting to total weight allowed.
The person i spoke to on the phone didnt have the greatest customer service manner but all was resolved whilst i was on the phone to this person, by email confirmation from Manan
