"No flexibility on cancellation "
No flexibility on cancellation . I booked my Vistara flight using Fly sharp on evening of 15 April 2024 and next morning we realized needed to cancel and book another date . They asked for £210 per person cancellation amounting to £630 for a flight 6 months away even though Vistara has free cancellation policy if cancelled with in 24 hrs . Never using Fly sharp again.

I booked a flight for my wife on Sunday 17th March 2024 and cancelled in few hours due to change of plans. I agreed to pay £145 fee and was told that it will take 3-5 working days to process. However, nothing received until Friday 22nd March 2024. I emailed the agent who processed the cancellation but no reply. I then used their info email address but no reply. So, today I called them and asked and I was told that refund was processed on 22nd March. When I asked why, the guy on phone said I don’t know. No apologies, nothing. He kept saying wait for 1-2 days. I said to him if he can register my complaint and he said ok but no details taken. I told him that I will leave very negative review for you guys and he didn’t seem to care. So, I would like to advise to avoid them if you can. Thanks

"Do not book with flysharp. Misselling airline tickets"
I booked a ticket through Skyscanner. Flysharp were the agents. The flights details were as follows:-
Etihad airlines
Birmingham international to Manchester flight
Manchester to Abu Dhabi flight
Abu Dhabi to Islamabad
So booked the ticket
The next day I called flysharp to confirm the details & to book a wheel chair for my physical disability. I also had a query as to why the flight from Bham airport to Manchester airport showed 2 hours flight time. To which the customer service agent replied yes it takes this long to reach Manchester on an aeroplane. I disagreed and stated it takes 1.5 hours on car from Bham to Manchester. To which she advised that it's not a plane you will be going on but by monorail?? I was preplexed. And told her the ticket and invoice both state it's a flight & it also states the flight number etc. to which she said you should have called us first. At this point I was quite upset. I explained to her that the whole point of booking a ticket online via Skyscanner was the ease of it and cutting out the middleman i
e. The agent. She persisted in arguing with me and refused to take anything onboard, blaming me for this error. I them spoke t a colleague of hers. Who was even worse. He tried to speak over me. All I wanted to know was who was responsible for the listing on sky scanner. I advised him that I had a serious physical disability & it would be almost impossible for me to use the monorail on my own. I asked him how this was going to work. What would I need to do once I reached Bham international airport & what I would need to do once I was there. All he could say was you need to check in at Bham & take your luggage to Manchester and check in at Manchester airport for the 2nd time. I advised him that this was impossible for me due to my disability & that I will be travelling alone. He said there was nothing he could for for me. So I asked for the ticket to be cancelled due to misselling. He advised that they would take fees of £260 for a ticket I paid £340 for not even 24 hours ago. And how they can justify such fres, especially since the ticket was missold with the incorrect information. I am now stuck with a flight I am unable to take. With no assistance for my disability ok the journey from Bham airport to Manchester airport. I will take this further with ATOL & any other relevant bodies for a claim of misselling. This is a orroneouss practise by flysharp. I can say with confidence that there will be a lot of people in a similar predicament as mine right now. And like me if they knew about the checking in at Bham & then having to get a train to Manchester dragging all their luggage along. And rechecking in again at Manchester. They would not he booking the ticket. This scam needs to stop. I have the ticket and invoice and will upload it to my social medias where all can see the scam with their own eyes. As the ticket & invoice clearly shows flights from Bham airport to Manchester airport. DO NOT BOOK WITH FLYSHARP, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
