if I had the chance of giving them zero stars I would have given it. I would not recommend anyone to use this website ever I had the worst experience in my life with customer support as they were speaking in a very disruptive manner with me as I wanted to postpone my ticket as they are charging half of the ticket amount to be paid I spoke to one of the customer support team and they said I won't get any refund first and then I emailed them after some emails they asked me to call them back I tried to explain my situation and of the member, her name was (lopa, sr. travel consultant) as she was very disrespectful eventually I needed to pay them what they asked for.
