Absolutely disgusting, joke of a company. Booked originally for USA in 2019 for 2020, had to cancel due to COVID. Rebooked for Dec. 2021, paid another 1k for new flight which we had to cancel again due to COVID. Now trying to charge £750 to rebook again for flight that would cost 1k less ON THIER OWN WEBSITE for the exact same flights and on the BA website (which the flights are with). They is currently unable to tell us why this is yet she tried to hurry us into paying out this cost.
Not to mention when we had to cancel my dad's ticket from the original booking (because he had passed away) and my brother's ticket (because he's disabled and my dad was his main carer) they sent the wrong amount of money back on the cheque and made it out TO MY DAD!!
This company should be ashamed of itself and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
Would give no stars if I could.
UPDATE: On the second day of trying to sort this out it transpired that the company could not find the original invoice which should have been £900 worth. However because a whole day had passed the price tickets had gone up! Furthermore they could only find £700 of this invoice and we were still expected to pay £700 more. After being escalated and being told that we had to pay admin fees and flysharp do charge for the time it is taking to sort this booking we ended up paying an extra £225 which included luggage after another 11 hours of going back and forth on the phone. We are glad its sorted now but the amount of hassle its been over the last few years, after we did ask for a refund from the start because we knew we wanted to go on the holiday when we could and we wanted to support the business that were being effected by the pandemic, it all feel like a big slap in the face.
UPDATE: Flysharp are trying to have my review taken down but I will be sending all of our proof to trustpilot. I can see how their review score might be higher than maybe should be.
