Compre un tiquete ida y regreso a España por Estados Unidos. El regreso no se pudo hacer ya que existia una limitación de sanidad desde hace varios meses. Para ingresar a Estados Unidos desde Europa, solo se puede ingresar sines ciudadano Americano. La plataforma no debio vender este tiquete y tampoco tenia la advertencia cuando se compro el tiquete.
Esta plataforma dice que no responde por el tiquete.

I purchased my airline tickets on 02/2020, stil not getting my refund back. Every time I am contacting Vayama Iam talking with a different person, and start this over and over!! Talking about my experience?? I would never purchase anything for this company, I will always write as many reviews as I can so nobody will go through this nightmair. Please DO NOT EVER BUY ANY AILINE TICKETS FROM VAYAMA!!!

"Refund required info"
I bought tickets 2 years ago through Vayama. Trip was canceled due to Covid. They sent me a few emails throughout the last year and a half saying they were working on the refund. Finally this week they sent an email stating they tried to put the refund back on the debit card I used to buy the tickets. My debit card info has changed since then so Vayama asked for every bank detail:
“Refund got rejected to the provided Bank details.
We request you to check with your bank and resend all the details mentioned below. Please provide in the same format as mentioned below.

SWIFT:
IBAN:
Routing number:
First name:
Last name:
Bank name:
Bank state:
Bank street:
Bank city:

We can only process your refund when you provide us these exact details. We will start processing your refund after we have received the details.”
Has anyone else received this? It seems like a perfect way for them to take anything out of my bank account….I replied to the email and asked them to send me a check instead. They said they cannot.

"Vayama needs to be held accountable…"
Wonder if a class action suit with all of these reviews about promises to refund, that never happens. We bought 6 tickets. Flights canceled. Vayama blaming the airlines and of course airlines refer us back to vayama. Now Vayama is saying we must have deleted our profile. Why would we since we are out over 3k. Has been over a year dealing with them. Anyone have a better idea to get our refunds? Would appreciate maybe a Vayama supervision reach out me.

"Vayama is a straight-up thief"
Vayama is a straight-up thief. For over a year they did not refund us for a flight cancellation - total g almost $4000 for 5 passengers (family of 5). We tried to dispute with our credit card company, but that dispute was rejected because Vayama kept promising a refund when they were refunded by the airline. We filed a DOT complaint which finally forced the airline to provide proof that they refunded the flight cost to Vayama. Vayama refuses to refund us the money because we had filed a chargeback - even though Bank records show without dispute that Vayama is holding onto our $4000 and that we were never refunded by the credit card company. We are planning to sue them in court at this point. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They are a scam I bought 7 tickets and them they cancelled the transaction because the prices of the tickets increased ( as they said) which I dont believe, theytook the money and they didn’t give the money back, don't buy with them, they are totally scammers and the customer service is no helping at all, I am gonna repost this company I have proofs of their scam. I had to call the bank and just because they did an investigation mI could get the money back, but I will never so the dame mistake to book with this agency

VAYAMA..malaaa..no compren por este intermediario. Compre tiquetes y una maleta y nunca aparecio el derecho al equipaje, les escribi correo y nunca respondieron. No responden ni telefonos ni correos. Mal servicio al cliente.

La peor experiencia compre unos tiquetes aéreos colocaron mal el nombre de mi hija me comuniqué inmediatamente y por un mes seguido y solo me respondían excusas y mentiras para no hacer la corrección del tiquete. 3 días antes del viaje dejaron de responder el chat. Ladrones

"Vayama takes money, no service"
I encountered a problem with my flight and the airlines told me I needed to talk to my agent, which was Vayama. When I tried to call Vayama over and over again over days and weeks, I could not get anyone to actually answer on the phone. They are very good at taking your money, but there is no service at all. I will tell any and all that listen, but especially my family and friends, never to use Vayama to book anything. Please use the individual airlines website if possible. Compare the airline website with the discount website you are using; most of the time they prices are very similar and you get better service when dealing directly with the airline, especially in the case of international flights.
