"Vayama clearly don't want to return refund"
Vayama have not refunded me the payment for my 3 May 2020 Tokyo flights which were cancelled due to Covid now for over 2 years. I have continuously contacted them and provided them with the refund voucher numbers from Qatar Airlines, who themselves have been no assistance to me with this matter and would not allow me to use the vouchers to book another flight and pay the balance. I have booked with another airline and will never deal with an agency again. Vayama only give the same answer every time and state that it is being dealt with by their accounts department. It is obvious that Legal action is required. This is a disgrace and Skyscanner and all other airlines and agencies should not have any dealing ever again with Vayama. I have spent so much time working on this and will not let them away with keeping my money. It's obvious this will need to be passed to my solicitor. Vayama is placing an extremely bad image on all agencies who I am sure will lose a lot of business because of the disgusting manner in which I and others have been treated by Vayama travel agency. I advise everyone to deal directly with the airlines.

"Horrid customer experience when needing documentations"
Booking process overall was fine, but then before I even got a confirmation I received an email saying they had to cancel my trip because the airline had given them the wrong availability for the price, which is fine and i got my money back in about 3 days so that was all fair. I need a cancellation invoice to expense this trip as it is a business trip, but they refuse to provide any documentation,, telling me to go to the airline (which I did but they can't do anything about it without a booking reference which is fair). Vayama fail to provide me a booking reference and insist on being unhelpful, unfriendly and plain useless. Avoid booking here because in case something goes wrong, they will not help a bit! AWFUL customer experience, and I am still waiting on more documentation to be able to expense this!!!!

I have no explanation how much this company very bad we was going to travel and thy lie is and say u can not travel because you have Russian and can not travel to there and we don’t have any problems but thy lie to us and way to speak was bad now we try to take our money back because we been in check in but thy refuse us now we try to contact them thy keep not answer

I was trying to book a ticket from Egypt to Cyprus, but they said payment failed and withdrew the money. Now the customer service are not answering the emails at all.

Es mi primera vez que compro con ustedes, realice una reserva hoy a las 5 am de la mañana, y me llega un msj de cancelación y que mi dinero será reembolsado de 5 a 10 días hábiles. Es preocupante porque debo estar en México a más tardar el sábado y no cuento con más dinero para comprar otro tiquete mientras ustedes reembolso mi dinero. Número de reserva VCO-2299810

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY TICKETS ITS A SCAM AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AFTERWARDS!!! My flight was rescheduled for one day after and Vayama never changed my tickets. We waited 5 hours at Dublin Airport and the staff and myself called absolutely everyone and they all said it was vayamas fault. We tried to call vayama in several countries and we could not get through. WE ARE GOING TO SUE. You may be tempted to book a flight by looking at the price but its not worth the risk because YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!

It’s been more than 3 years, I still don’t get the refund from cancellation of ticket due to the Covid-19. Same games they’re playing with other people. I doubt their sincerity. Not honest,not reliable! How can you do business with them again?! What can we do for getting our money back?!
