We have our flight scheduled for 8pm but there was a changed in the flight schedule and we were not informed by vayama of the updated time. We came two hours before the scheduled flight per vayama but turns out our flight was for 6pm - we end up missing our flight.

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY"
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I booked 4 trips to Greece. They had to cancel the trip due to Covid-19. Promised a refund. They have not issued anything back (no refund, no voucher). The trip was book in January for April, canceled in March 2020. Its been 7 months!

Awful experience. Can’t reach them. Still waiting on a refund for a cancelled flight in April. It’s been 7 months. Airline says they have issued a refund to Vayama. They emailed me once saying that when the airline issues a refund I’ll get it soon after. That was a couple of months ago. How do I get my money back? Emailed them a few times but no response.

They are thiefs! We booked tickets to Italy and the flights were cancelled in April and I have yet to get Refunded. Emails are not responded to and they are not accepting calls at this time!

Купили билеты через эту шарашкину контору. По причине короновируса Turkish airlines отменили рейс в мае, деньги они вернули в Vayama в августе. (Есть official документ от Turkish airlines,взят у них в офисе) А Vayama не отдаёт. Кормит завтраками.Удивительно ужасный сервис.

"Vayama SUCKS"
Vayama SUCKS! I mean they are ridiculously horrible. A leg of my flight was cancelled and I got no notification. When I called, the were confused and then told me they changed it without my consent. Moving forward...I requested a refund in April...it is OCTOBER! Every time I call, I receive different information as to when I will receive it. They have yet to give me my money back and I doubt they will. Do not EVER book with this company. Customer service is terrible. They lack communication and transparency. Just do not even put yourself through the pain. RIDICULOUS!

We bought 5 tickets from Vayama they were canceled due to COVID-19. I contacted British air ways and they can't access my information, I'm contacting trip.com which is the parent of Vayama to see if I can redeem my voucher.

I am not trying to contact Vayama any further but I am calling a very reputable law firm that will easily love to take this case on contingent to start a class action suit against this slipshod bogus company.

"Very happy with Vayama"
Very happy with Vayama. Honest business. Purchased 2 tickets last year at August 2019 for Japan trip April 2020. Due to Covid19 airlines (AA and JAL) canceled us and we rescheduled the trip to November 2020.
Just got canceled again for November 2020 trip.
So, airlines decided to refund our money, exact amount when we purchased. Thanks to Vayama!
