"Please never ever use this company"

Please never ever use this company. You can't get hold of them. They tried to rebook out ticket even if the airline has already confirmed that our flight was cancelled. Worst experience with this agency and what is even more frustrating is you won't be able to talk to any customer service. Their reply is automated. They need to be reprimanded so that their business license will be revoked. I learned my lesson to purchase our ticket direct to the Airlines as I had a very bad bad experienced with VAYAMA!!!! poor customer service.

Stay away from this company( sorry for real companies because I use this name for Vayama) !!!!!!!!. I had the worst experience in my life with them. If it were the only company selling flight tickets I would rather travel by boat.

"We got robbed!!!!!"

We got robbed!!!!!
Cancellation wasn’t processed even after airlines confirmed that my booking is canceled and is eligible for full refund.
I am trying to call them but there is a msg saying there are working through emails, but after you write the email, you can’t sent it. Basically there is no way to contact this company to get your refund. It’s been over a week now and I dont see any email from the customer care team confirm that my flight got canceled. These people are not taking any action and I am very upset, feeling that I got just robbed by a company that I thrust to buy my tickets 😞😞😞

"I just got scammed!!!"

I just got scammed!!!! Terrible no one answered the phone! I cannot cancelled my flight on their website. I emailed them but didn’t no get a response. I’m contacting my lawyer now. I suggest that we All form an email group to address this matter legally.

"Had a flight in March to Europe"

Had a flight in March to Europe, canceled due to COVID. Of note, also bought insurance through Vayama when I originally bought my ticket in November 2019. I contacted the airline and they had given me a full refund through Vayama for my ticket. I have not been able to get into contact with Vayama AT ALL in the last 3 months. No response to emails or phone calls. So not only did I purchase travel insurance through them, but the airline actually refunded my $ without that insurance policy, and still zero communication from Vayama about any of this. Will never book with them again, will never tell anyone to book with them again. I understand times are strange, but 3 months with zero communication is not acceptable. At this point they have stolen my money. Atrocious.

"PÉSIMO SERVICIO"

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO VAYAMA! Llevo 3 meses en Cancún, México me cancelaron el vuelo hace 2 meses diciendo que me reembolsarían pero que por el tema del Covid-19 esto podría tardar un poco más de lo normal. La cuestión es que estoy atrapada aquí sin MI dinero y necesito volver a Barcelona, España antes del 26 de Junio porque mi pasaporte caduca. VAYAMA ¿QUE HAGO? Son nada más y nada menos que unos estafadores.

"Not worth slightly cheaper rates"

I would not recommend booking with Vayama.Vayama cancelled my flights in January due to the airline cancelling one of the legs. I still have not received my refund 6 months later.
In December 2019, I noticed one of the flights in my itinerary was cancelled by the airline and called customer service. They said they would research alternate flight options for the cancelled leg and would email me options within 3-4 business days. I did not hear back in that timeline so I called again on 1/6/20. During that call, they informed me there were no alternate options but said they were able to give me a full refund and suggested I book flights elsewhere. By early February, I had not received a refund, emailed customer service, and asked for an update. The agent, Shaik, responded on 2/3/20 and said that my reservation had been cancelled, the refund was initiated, and that it would take 2 billing cycles from the cancellation time to receive the refund. By 4/6/20 I had not received the refund and contacted customer service via email again. At that time, the customer service phone lines were not active and the only way to contact them was through email. I re-confirmed the request for a response and never heard back from Vayama.On 4/15/20, I emailed customer service again, re-confirmed the request for a response, and still have not heard back. I sent another email request to customer service on 5/7. On 5/7/20 at 6:20pm PT, a Vayama representative, Kavitha, responded to my 3/6/20 email to customer service and said "Kindly be advised that request has been forwarded to concerned department to check, you shall be updated with the response at the earliest.". I filed a BBB complaint and have only gotten copy/paste responses assuming that my flights were cancelled due to COVID-19. They weren't. On June 1st, I replied to the last correspondence with Vayama where they said my information had been "forwarded to the concerned department to check" on my refund. I contacted Emirates on 6/5 and they said they were offering refunds to travel companies like Vayama but were not able to disclose information on refund status between Emirates and Vayama.There has been no other communication from Vayama.

"La semana pasada la aerolinea nos…"

La semana pasada la aerolinea nos cancelo uno de los vuelos CDMX-Paris para el 21 de julio. Pero no hemos podido contactar con ustedes, para ver que pasara con los vuelos de regreso, y el de escala. Si nos van a rembolsar o nos harán cambio de fecha. Ya se mandaron correos y no hemos obtenido respuesta. La aerolinea se deslinda diciendo que ustedes son responsables, necesitamos respuesta URGENTE
