Has a pending transaction from grub hub for more than 2 weeks now because Grub hub refunded me . Never seen a bank whole refund or pending amount that long. This is ridiculous will definitely be reaching out to higher authority.

Further update management became involved and agree the service was not up to standard so have sorted things with me. It's a shame that things had to be taken this far to get a satisfactory conclusion but good that a large company like this are willing to accept that they get it wrong sometimes. So we'll done wirecard for admiting your company is not infallible job well done

Update today!! amazingly after putting this review on here yesterday I got a reply from wirecard and suddenly the cash owed to me has appeared back on a validated useable card. So I would like to give a massive thank you to Trustpiolot.com you have restored my faith in getting my money back.

been trying to get my money paid back in to my bank account from my Thomas cook cash card with these clowns since 3rd October and I'm still waiting. This is actually theft as far as I'm concerned they owe me £448.62 and all they do is give me the run around when I call them every day . I am now going to have to call the police to try to get something sorted

I don't get this company. How can the money that belongs to you, expire? This company is a SCAM! They're scam artists!

Garbage service, they introduced a new "security system' that uses SMS text to log in and now since it's such a good "security system" no1 can access the account, not even me. I'm just sitting here with my phone that I set up and worked for like a week and wait to get a text with my logging code. But if you try 3 time then it works only since you have no idea which login that code they finally sent you is for you still can't enter. Now my account is locked and guess what I need to unlock it, A SMS CODE THAT NEVER GETS SENT TO YOU CAUSE THEY ARE IMBECILES THAT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO IMPLEMENT SUCH A SYSTEM. Either that or they are so cheap that they bought some half dead garbage servers that can't process the requests. If you think of getting anything from this company I suggest you keep searching! Disgusting

I just donated plasma yesterday and got 50$ on my wire card and spent some and my account still said I have 16$ on it but then I call the number on my card and it says my balance is negative 3$ so something isn't right?

Be aware that after 3 months your Wirecoard will be charged an "account maintenance fee"? Mine was zeroed out due to this. This business is a scam and Direct TV should not affiliate themselves with these crooks. Is it even legal to charge this fee?

My father passed way and ATT refunded his account via a Wirecard. under HIS name. I have tried to login to request a paper check and have been unsuccessful. The customer service number provided does not let you talk to anyone. I am sure that ATT is expecting people to just get tired of trying. THIS IS CRIMINAL!

Their practices are exploitive. Once you get your card be sure to use PayPal or Square to immediately drain your wirecard of its value and send yourself the money. Wirecard makes it difficult to use their card (no online purchases, difficult in store purchases) so that they can just pocket your money once your card expires, that's their buisness model! Other prepaid cards don't abuse their users like this, wirecard is truly the filthiest of leeches in society. They are a parasite to the economy.

If I could do negative 1 star that'd be better. I'm supposed to get a refund and on my account as a transaction and the Amazon says they did not charge me I did get an email about the refund and not an email of a charge like you would normally get. My account balance on the website is different than the phone the phone tells me the balance is what it is after my refund but on the website it shows the amount of the refund being taken out so being charged twice basically. This is confusing and very frustrating I do not reccomend this card I only have have this because I am a biolife donor and this is the card used. I've even called customer service both with amazon and wirecard and they dont know why I'm being charged I'm just told to monitor it.
