Omgoodness,,, now i am reading these bad reviews I wish I had b4 I order way back in October 2020 I ordered 2 item as I was nearing the end of VitD3 and I still have not received them unto now the 7th December 2020 I sent e.mails galore and messenger messages and all they do is make excuses after excuses over two weeks ago the excuse was that it was sent so I messaged again only to be told when I said is it coming from China that it was coming from Dakota, USA I pleaded for a refund throughout but they say they could not...so last week I called my credit card company and bingo today e.mails and messenger messages they are taking the credit by saying they have refunded me but had I not contact my Credit card company to complain nothing would have been achieved....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. Buy from reputable UK Companies.

If there was any possibility of giving this company no stars I would have done it.
I placed an order on 24th October and it has still not been delivered.
Unless you are willing to wait I would recommend avoiding this company.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY"
AVOID THIS COMPANY. They seem to advertise items they do not have in stock.
I placed an order on the 9/10/2020 and was assures it was dispatched on the 30th October. Contacted them on 19th November and 1st of December and like all the previous customer received a long automated convoluted email about the delays and asked to wait each time

I used to use this company a lot. Because their prices were competitive, they sold the whole Swanson range and the products arrived on time.
Since the CV pandemic started though, their service has slipped. Orders are estimated to take many weeks to arrive. Then they either don't arrive or arrive months later. You can't run a business like this!
They've blamed lockdowns and requested patience from their customers. I know their products are sent from abroad, so may get held up in customs. However, I've since used an American supplement company and the products always arrive quickly and on time. So something's going wrong with Healthmonthly.
I won't order from them again now. They're too unreliable and their poor service creates unnecessary stress for the customer.

I used to really rate this company but things have really taken a turn for the worse.
My order in july never turned up, but they were reasonably good about it and eventually refunded me. I made the mistake of assuming it was a one off and placed another order in setpember, which has also never arrived but this time i am being fobbed off and told to wait. the order isnt even on my account anymore so it's doubtful it was ever processed and have now had to get paypal involved to help as the customer service is really no help at all. so disappointed

Ordered Swanson stinging nettle roots and still have not received them. The keep on confirming that it's on the way. I placed order on 27th September and today is 4th December. Never buying anything again, lesson learnt the hard way.

"I will never use this website again"
I will never use this website again. They took my money on September 19 and we are now December 2 and still no sign of the products I paid for. I have emailed the company several times and got exactly the same reply each time. Be Patient and you cannot have your money back. In the meantime I have had to go elsewhere for the products I require. They have no right to be in business.
