Hi,
On 3 March 2023, I sent a message through your online form reporting products made of shark cartilage and shark liver oil, which have been proven to be unsafe for human consumption. I also sent over half a dozen peer-reviewed studies that alerted to the high risk and inefficiency of those supplements, claiming ‘the consumption of shark products may pose a human risk for BMAA (‘a candidate environmental risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson-dementia complex’) exposures.’
Still awaiting a reply.

Edit - the company did get in contact me, gave me a full refund and sent me a free gift. So they are a legitimate company who just had a bad period. It’s not great- but they genuinely went above and beyond to make it right.

I think this company might be a scam? I ordered something. Got an email 3 weeks ago that it is not in stock. I’ve been emailing and messaging since (both responding to there email and through there online contact form) and I’ve got no response. They have my money and apparently won’t give it back or even talk to me regardless that they can’t fulfil the order or let me know when it will be in stock. Or even talk to me at all!

"I ordered some items couple of weeks…"
I ordered some items couple of weeks ago , they dispatched my items next day and i received them in UAE after 4 days. Now I ordered again but it’s been 5 days no items have been dispatched yet. I paid £230 for my order and thought would get my order in 4 days as per my previous experience but now it’s a weekend and nothing dispatched , so if they are kind enough to send me on Monday I will receive on Thursday. I was not supposed to miss my dose but due to their bad service I will miss it for many days. Very bad experience .

We ordered an item for delivery abroad and the website states that there is no tax/import charge under 140euro - however turmeric and honey not only charged us delivery costs, this also meant the item could not actually be delivered. In order to receive it we had to send multiple emails and phone call to the delivery company and import office and fill in forms and drive to pick it up from the delivery centre. Also had to pay a second charge in the country to actually receive the item. The entire delivery cost more than the product which was needed for our child's health - nearly £70 for delivery. Absurd. They have told us it was delivered (it was not and we have the paperwork to show this) and since our latest enquiry (after countless emails) they have just stopped replying now that it has become clear they are in fact liable for the charge and illegally charged us. Useless service, useless responses, rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them as I believe they are acting in contravention of trading standards. The whole experience has been really bad, and has taken over 6 weeks with no resolution.

"They sell out of stock items"
Poor service. They sell out of stock products and then fail to inform the customer, whilst they leave you waiting days for the order. Also no automatic refund despite item being out of stock.

"Unprofessional And Untrustworthy"
I placed an order on 23.08.2023. They said part of my order was out of stock after I had paid for it, so the order was cancelled. On 30.08.2023 they emailed me stating that I would be be refunded. That was 8 days ago. After two emails and several unanswered phone calls later there is still no refund. A very unprofessional and untrustworthy company. I will never place an order from them again.

Please note the company cannot deliver to an address different to the sender. I quote their recent email:
“If you want to send a parcel as a gift you should order it for your address in the UK and then make arrangements with DHL on sending it privately as a gift.
This is a service we do not offer”
I'm only giving one star because the goods eventually got to the recipient. The company deserves no stars!
I ordered for items to be delivered to my daughter for my granddaughter, whilst they were on holiday in the EU. I was charged £30 for delivery and was notified the item was dispatched. However, it was not delivered. Many emails and a week after the expected delivery, my daughter had to pay a £30 charge in order to collect it. The actual order was less than £70. Once the company had taken the money, they didn't seem to care less whether the item arrived.
The initial response on Trustpilot gives the impression they might actually want to help, but they have all the details already and are still not being helpful. Such a stressful experience!
Looking at the second reply from T and H, they are still not listening. They were supposed to deliver for a £30 charge. A week after the due delivery date, my daughter had to collect because she had no more time to wait for the delivery. She then had to pay andn extra £30 Euros. This is not acceptable but T and H don't care. Check the other reviews on customer service!
In response to latest reply- the recipient had to collect from the terminal and pay the fee because she was desperate! There should not have been any customs charge as the value of the goods was lower than €140. I have sent the proof to Turmeric and Honey and they have not responded! It seems 50% of customers are as disappointed as I am.

I won't be ordering from this company again.
I placed an order which I was told a few days later was out of stock. I left it awhile and heard nothing so I emailed to cancel my order. I received a reply the next confirming this. I happened to be checking my bank account 12 days later and noticed that I hadn't received the refund. After another email customer services confirmed that they approved the refund today. So my question would be wouldn't you refund the money if I hadn't of chased this? I've just finished chemo so my memory isn't the best. Who else is this happening to I wonder!
