We just got home from a wonderful two week vacation in Australia! We had not traveled here before and only had 2 weeks to take in as much as possible. We are an active family of 4 (kids 18/16) and didn’t know where to start in planning. I usually plan all of our international trips, but this seemed daunting. I found Zicasso online and SO glad I did! Our interests, timing, planning was perfectly put together and seamless! We went to Sydney, Port Douglas and Uluru. In two short weeks, we saw the city of Sydney, hiked the Blue Mountains, snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef, slept in the rainforest, wandered the desert of the Outback, learned the importance and wonder of Uluru and tied it all up with a day at Bondi Beach. I mean, WOW! We had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

Called Zicasso to plan trip for Spain and Portugal. We filled out their trip outline. We were promised a callback in 48 hours. In fact we called and were told by the customer service rep she would keep "an eye out for our trip outline to make sure we recieved a call back within 48 hours". 5 days later, still no call back. They dropped the ball.
