I like every detail planned and the agents had to remind me to plan some breaks into my day...which my family appreciated! Otherwise we had drivers and guides and tickets and reservations all mapped out well in advance of the trip. The agents helped me get the most out of the time I had with a ton of options and recommendations which they went through in detail. Made several changes until we had exactly what we wanted. And the trip went exactly how it was planned.
