"Biggest Scam"
Biggest Scam. I purchased the warranty and paid upfront for 6 years. I will be suing these people no matter how much it’s going to cost. Just 6 months into the contract and no one responds to any of my calls or emails. They lock everyone’s phone number when they decide it’s time to stope servicing your home. The owners and those in charge must be punished and pay back what they owe to all customers.

"SCAM"
This company's customer service number no longer works, keep getting message not a working number 888-8121060. Poor customer service when I filed a claim. They take too long to service claim. I had to pay for repairs myself just to get it done. I then called them back for refund. They said they have to have some claim account manager to call me back to finalize the refund. No one called. I call them and keep getting same response. Then suddenly their phone doesn't work. I thought they blocked me so I tried from different mobile numbers and same results. Stay away from this company. I don't know if they went bankrupt or what.

I purchased this warranty for my homebuyers and it has been nothing short of disappointing. The phone number automatically disconnects when you try to call them, emails go unanswered & this is just to get my home buyers information added to the account! There’s no claims to be made! I am cancelling the contract and going with another service because I do NOT trust that this company will be trustworthy.

I have made 2 claim with this warranty company and they the worst in the business. Customer service are no help and they are always talking about there system are down. Please shop around. They are a lot better company out there.

Priority Home Warranty they've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.
