"The webinar was waaaayyyyy too long"

The webinar was waaaayyyyy too long! I didn’t intend to devote 2 hours of my time to listen to a sales pitch. It was interesting but repetitive to the point of being tedious.

After a long wait, a few years, I received my welcome kit. Let me tell you, I am Not disappointed! I have used the Extreme to jump start my wife's car several time already prior to purchasing a new battery! The Life and Air are equally as useful and all the products exceed expectations. They are well built and functional! I am very pleased and glad that I invested in this product! Thank you!

"Charge on the units doesn't last 2 days…"

Charge on the units doesn't last 2 days even with nothing plugged into them. Was counting on keeping the one in my car in case my battery died. Can't count on it to work. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Still waiting for an order I place on 2/28/22. Makes me wonder if they are a legitimate company. The order was over $500.
Cables are very nice and they come from Amazon.

It's been a bit of a wait but well worth it. I am thrilled with the entire Hello Kit and the charging cables. They fulfill every claim that Magfast has made and, yes, they are beautiful to the eye and touch.

Way below my expectations. Especially after having waited a few years for these products.

I sent an email requesting help and while I got a response I got a detailed “engineering” response that I could not follow. Felt more like a CYA than an explanation.

I am a frequent traveller both Domestic and International and having power readily avail is so important. Which is why I was keenly excited about your products.

Chargers look great and preform well. However, I'm a little disappointed with the speed of the Qi charging for Air, Life and Extreme. When charging with a cable, all is fine.

Customer Service is great - they are polite, professional and most importantly prompt.
