"Qi charging is not shat I expected"

Qi charging is not shat I expected. have to fiddle alot with my phone to hit a sweet spot. I have not problem charging with my car Qi charger so it's not the phone or the case. Still I tried taking the phone out of its case and still had trouble hitting the sweet spot to get it to start charging. my earbuds do ok. It seems I waited a long time for something that is so-so.

I haven't received my cables yet, they are christmas presents. No one has answered my texts or emails

I placed a pre-order in June 2020. I've been waiting well over 3 years to receive the product.

I like the Lux cables a lot, but I've also purchased (more than two years ago) the charging batteries, and despite continued updates on delivery, I haven't received them. I've also purchased the Heathrow luggage - and, of course, haven't received the set. So overall my experience with Magfast is mixed (and "fast" shouldn't be a part of the name).

We ordered products in July of 2020 have received nothing just a bunch of marketing emails with promises. Emailed them in June for status of order/product and why we haven't received the products order. Received a reply that wasn't about our actual order, Just more Hype and empty promises!
