I received Five USB-C to USB-C cables plus a free USB-C to USB-C Persian red cable.

"Best Chargers Ever!"

I just received my MAGFAST Hello Kit Investor Limited Edition set. Can't wait to put them to good use. Love this product from the beautiful packaging to the awesome chargers inside. Hopefully, I will never need my jumper cables for my extreme, but if I do, I feel much safer knowing it will charge my car and put me back on the road.

On the plus side, the products shipped are of very high quality. On the negative side, the great majority of products in this order were not sent at time of order and are listed as "preorder". The order page does indicate the pre-order nature. I'm fine with that but would have liked some estimated availability / Ship date.

I appreciated the notice that my products were ready to ship. I appreciated the opportunity to order additional products at discount. Thankful to receive said items as my family and I put them to use immediately. Magfast Air is a perfect bedside charging companion to the iPhones my wife and I use. New iOS 17 with the night stand feature, combined with Magfast Air provides a functional, flexible bedside clock radio for each of us.

"I ordered 3 Lux Lightning"

I ordered 3 Lux Lightning, and received 3 Lux plus one free, which do not help me with iPhone, nor iPad. I don’t know what the return policy is.
The order of 3 Lightning cables was my second order which arrived Dec 11th. My first order was for 3 Lux which arrived with a free Red deluxe cable. It is my second order which was in error, I ordered Lightning cables and received the Lux (regular) ones.

"Great product"

It took a while but when the products arrived I’ve been very happy using them. The build is good although there are a few unrefined edges sometimes and it would be nice if a iPhone 14 could charge properly even with the camera buldging out a bit. The LUX cable is fantastic though.

just a really good experience they shared open every week what was going on with the company? Yeah took a little while but that’s how you make stuff perfect and what they have product wise is awesome from the cables to the to the both of the Mag best life in extreme and I love my Mag fast stand right here beside my chair to charge my phone to keep it charged and it is awesome

Love the product and its lifetime warranty. Customer support has been slow but eventually provided a satisfactory response. I do recommend MAGFAST!
