"Ordered 3 years ago, still no product."

Ordered 3 years ago, product still hasn't shipped and shows in final development. Over this time, the company has developed other/new products but is still somehow working on the Magfast Life/Wall. They are shipping things out in batches but I don't see where I can find out what batch I'm assigned to or when I should expect my assigned batch to ship. I can understand that this company was crowdfunded however 3 years is quite a long time even for this.

It would be better if I received everything I ordered. I only got the one lightening cable, not the other five Pros. I still haven’t heard about my pre-order or my Extreme and I am really anxious about getting them.
