Replacement of a defective product was done without question. Response took several weeks, could have sent the required form to me much sooner. Not unhappy, just making constructive advice. Thanks Jeff

Love my Magfast Lux cables, so does the family. I would like to see more progress via website or login as to the progress of the remaining charging products for those that invested in the full kit as well as the Heathrow luggage. I would also like to see a travel case for the extreme that can also hold the jumper cables. The bag is nice for the jumper cables but it it does not hold the extreme. I really do not like the idea of tossing this in the back of the car to get damaged so a zip-up case would be great.

After a year of waiting and having my order group changed to group 31ship date has come and gone, no context from the company. It appears they are shipping the overpriced cables but not the chargers. Buyer beware!!!!!
