"Won't Stand Behind a Defective Product"

My wife's dirndl does not match the company's label size. She even measured and took photos to document this and sent it to the company. They only offer to replace it if we're willing to spend another $45-50 to ship it back or order another one at a discount. Phone number on website does not work. Email response is slow and the "100% satisfaction guarantee" is a joke. Go somewhere else, this Pakistani company is to be avoided.

I ordered Aloisia Bavarian Green Dirndl Dress - 10 US - 40 EU- did not fit, I contacted them right away, 14 day return policy is a joke, they just kept putting me off, I asked for address on where to send outfit back, would not give it to me,I finally looked it up online and went outfit back and let them know it was received, still no refund, and I paid for return, they just give you the run around and keep your return and money, DO NOT USE THIS SITE, RIP OFF COMPANY!!!

"Good Customer Service"

I recently ordered a Dirndl but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. Their customer service was incredibly helpful and efficient. They quickly responded to my request for a return and even offered to send me the correct size without returning the original one.

"My Lederhosen was too big. Customer service finally corrected!"

PELASE READ FULL REVIEW!! I ordered my lederhosen size by measuring like the website stated. When I got my lederhosen, they were too big. I ordered a US 38 and need a US 36. So far the return process has been great. Instead of paying a high dollar to return, I’m getting a coupon code, for factory cost of the lederhosen, order the correct size. Now I’m not having to waiting all the time to ship back and then get my new lederhosen. By the way, the lederhosen and all the other clothes and shoes I got are made really well. Everything fits great except the lederhosen.

I had to come back and edit this review from 5 stars to 2 stars. I am having a terrible time with customer service. Here is the full story: These are awesome Lederhosen and made very well from great material. I am giving a 2 star because of size and mainly customer service. I used the size chart from the website and measured like they advised. I measured 41.5″ around my waist so I ordered the US 38. They were too big. So, I emailed about a return to get a US 36. They explained the cost could be $45-$50 to return and take several days to exchange. They offered me this: If you are interested, we can offer you a coupon code that will discount the total cart price at factory cost. You can then purchase a new item for the correct size (of any design and price range. it doesn’t have to be your original order item).

This way instead of sending back your current order and getting the new one with all the wait, I can just have the new order shipped out Asap so it reaches you within 3 days.
If you accept the offer please reply “Yes”
If you have a query Please reply “No”

I replied with yes. Then I received another email from them stating: We’re currently running a $6 cashback campaign and I’d love to boost your savings by adjusting the coupon for an extra $6 off!
Reply with YES to get the updated coupon code.
Reply with NO if you’d prefer just the coupon code.
Meanwhile can you please confirm if you want the coupon for the same item as per your original order, or you wish to change the design?

I replied back to their email with Yes for the updated coupon code and I wanted the coupon for the same item as originally purchased.

Then I received a follow up email that read: Perfect! I’m so excited 🙂 This will help me a lot in getting my hard work recognize. Please Take a moment to visit our Trust Pilot page and submit a review;

I submitted a review on Trustpilot and emailed them back that the review had been completed. Since then,
I have not received a coupon code, how to get the discount to order the correct size or heard anything else from them in 2 days! How frustrating! If it wouldn’t have been for all this poor customer service, I would have given a 5 star, just like I did on Trustpilot. I guess I need to see if I can edit my review on Trustpilot. So, I have edited my review from 5 stars to 2 stars.

The store finally contacted me back. They stated their sale team was off work for a few days. With that being said, I change to a 5 star from a 2 star rating. They did exactly what they said they would do and gave me a very good discount on another pair of lederhosen! They even sent me a free shirt. The quality of their clothing is SUPER! If you are between sizes, I suggest not going up to the next size. I feel the size is a little bigger, remember the leather will stretch as worn. Whatever size you wear in pants, get that size especially if you are doing suspenders. I would definitely order from them again, quality stuff just a little hiccup with customer service.

"They don't honor their Return Policy and terrible customer service"

I contacted customer service via email about specifically returning my items and they don't respond back. The phone number on the webpage isn't active and when you send an email to the address provided you get a bot or you don't get any specific instructions on returning their items. I wouldn't waste your time shopping here or your money.

"Horrible customer service, don't honor return policy"

Their size chart isn't right, the American & European sizes don't align. The dress they sent was too small, but when I contacted customer service about returns I got no help. The phone number on the webpage isn't active and when you send an email to the address provided you get a bot, which never responds to your questions. The dresses ship from Pakistan, which is probably one reason they don't want to help with returns.
