It arrived quickly and well packaged (rolled, not folded, so no creases). Great service.

Got there in the end! Order took over the 10 days to fulfill and had to chase up a few times. Customer service was a touch slow and dispatch info was eventually sent out but after I received the order Was high value fabric and courier had left outside the house. Not overwhelmed to be honest but fabric is lovely!

Unfortunately after requesting next day delivery - UPS only knocked on my door to find nobody in (at work) - didn’t try neighbours etc.Really frustrating. No where on delivery to say leave in safe place. So had to delay decorator for a day

Disappointingly my blind was a couple of weeks later than quoted. 8 weeks instead of 4-6 and I was only informed when I chased it. Otherwise a well made blind.
