Fabulous product, colours true to description and online images, great quality rug and looks incredibly sumptuous and expensive. Would highly recommend.

"Do not rely on Jane Clayton to fulfil your order"
Terrible customer service and will not be purchasing from Jane Clayton again. I ordered 15m of fabric for curtains and subsequently got contacted to say they did not have enough fabric to fulfil my order but had a 14m piece instead. I had to relook at my project and confirmed this would work and then got another email informing me that actually said piece didn't exist and they had 12m instead. The fact they promise next day delivery and successfully processed the order and it took them almost a week to inform me they would be unable to fulfil, with false promises along the way, is appalling. I used to be a frequent buyer of Jane Clayton but I will be avoiding at all costs now!

"Very disappointing customer service…"
Very disappointing customer service from Jane Clayton. I asked to cancel an order as it was taking too long to deliver. I got a response to say that it was already on the way to their warehouse from the supplier. This morning I got an email to say that they had a notification from their suppliers that they were experiencing a few delays in dispatching orders, which is a contradiction to their earlier advice.
There is clearly a focus on processing volumes rather than taking care of individual orders. Just feel like I've been fobbed off with a standard response in the hope that it comes out in the wash. In the meantime, I have already purchased a different fabric as I needed it today. So currently £100 out of pocket waiting for something I don't need.

"BEWARE - Not honouring SALE offerings"
BEWARE - ordered and paid for 1 (one) 200 x 290 cm Asiatic Muse Blue Retro Rug MU15 on 2 December. Full payment at SALE price of £131.40 was taken from my AMEX card. Later that day received email to state that they did NOT have item in stock and had to wait until February 2025. Checked again today (3 Dec) and rug still shown as available on their website but at higher price of £164.25
Contacted Asiatic, the suppliers, but no response yet.

I was planning to buy some cushions using a fabric from the outlet. I just went to the website to make the purchase, and I realised they had actually increased their prices during the Black Friday sales event.

I’ve bought a number of made to measure curtains and blinds from Jane Clayton over the last couple of years and have been delighted with every single item. My latest purchase was two pairs of mtm curtains and these are again, of the highest quality and the workmanship is excellent. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be ordering from them again in the future.
