"Accommodating and Efficient "

This is my second fast efficient experience using this service to sell a vehicle. My contact at Carvio, Deysy Polo, was great at every aspect in helping me complete all steps and I was very grateful that all the vendors used emails and texts when she informed them that I’m hard of hearing and struggle on phone calls. Very accommodating and efficient, I opened my request Friday afternoon and was completed by Tuesday morning check in hand. Thanks to Deysy Polo and Carvio.

It was very easy. Emmanuel let me know which documents I needed, I texted them to him and scheduled a pick up. Was called first thing in the morning the day of pick up letting me know the driver would be here soon, he arrived at my door 1/2 hour later where we exchanged a title and keys for a check and the car was towed away. Very smooth experience!
