I had a very good experience with Carvio in selling my car with transmission problems that were cost prohibitive for me to repair. I saw an ad on social media. Reached out through that and received a text message very promptly to set up a phone call. Text messaging was my preference for coordinating the deal. I was directed what to do next - photos, video, etc I was easily able to send those in. Got the bid for salesprice - which was a bit higher than what I’d gotten from carvana or CarMax. I was easily able to send over title documents etc and we coordinated a prompt pickup for my vehicle. They paid me via check on the spot and made sure I got the paperwork I needed for DMV/property tax. Everything was very smooth. Bianey and Antonio were very easy to work with!

The experience was great. Very nice people and easy to talk too. The only negative is they should give more money when a car is worth alot more. Especially when you take good car of it and it is worth a good amount on the market. Other than that I will be using carvio in the future. Thank you

Everyone that I had contact with throughout this process (1 1/2 days…literally 25 hours from start to finish) was extremely prompt, polite and professional. I had the most interactions with Charles. He was promot with his text responses and clear with the steps I needed to complete in order to keep the process moving. If you find yourself needing to ‘get rid’ of a vehicle…don’t want/need to trade it in, it’s mechanically not the best, even if it had been in an accident, reach out to CarVIO. They will give you top dollar for your vehicle and they make the process so simple. Thanks Charles and CarVIO.

I think this is the best platform to sell your car online. After searching online for platforms to get my car sold, I was amazed at how much they were willing to pay for my car. Kevin, the representative responsible for my sale was wonderful and did a splendid job with the step by step process of getting my car sold. I highly recommend CARVIO.

I reached out after seeing the ad online that they buy cars, Charlie responded by text right away, asked some questions, then told me how much I would get for my vehicle. I agreed to the amount, a link was to me to upload my documents, then got a confirmation received and approved, then the towed truck company called me shortly after approval, then we made arrangements for the next day to pick up the vehicle, the driver gave me a check on the spot, I deposited it and it cleared in two days. Easy process, thank you Charlie. Trust me, I was a little scared/nervous that I could get scammed and give up my vehicle and the check return but it cleared!!!!
